It was dark where Iria was. Darkness wasn't something she was used to. Even when she slept there had always been light in her dreams. But it was very dark here. Should couldn't feel anything, and when she couldn't feel anything, she couldn't feel her mother's birthright, the only thing that kept her feeling safe. Though she had a vague feeling that it hadn't kept her all that safe recently. Oh, that's right. She had gotten hurt. But was the Daughter of Artemis all right? And what of the others? She was the only one, right? Foggy images flashed in her mind, the face of a Demi... The one trapped under the bear. Hadn't he tried to say something to her? Her memory was hazy. There was someone else here too... Was he the one making the pain fade? Everything sounded like it was underwater. The lights under her skin had stopped. Without her panic there was no need for her instinct to cast them. And without those lights she looked very, very pale. Her dark hair was messy from both blood of her own and the golden dust of the bear she had happen to kill. She looked small, like she had shrunken into herself. Her lavender shirt was now a deep burgundy, turning darker as her blood dried. Iria was one of the older student, but she looked very young without her defense of rainbow lights. There was a sort mumble from her end of the darkness. It was followed by a kind of warmth where there should of been pain. Iria's eyes fluttered a bit, as if she were trying to wake up. But the darkness was too heavy. And she felt so tired. It would be alright to just sleep for a while right? There were muffled voices all around her, but she just wanted to sleep.
