We can fill in actor spots with NPCs if necessary.

Leila - Daughter
Klein - Grandfather
Virgil - Uncle (?)
Brett - Ex-Spy Friend/Antagonist/Government Agent/Whatever We Want Her To Be

Only problem I see is Virgil's part, as I don't quite know, from the info you gave, what he could be. The rest are clear, though.
