Sadie woke up hard to the sounds of yelling and fighting. She threw off her covers and raced downstairs to find her parents standing and smiling around a bunch of school supplies. "You didn't think we would be arguing on your big day did you dear?" said her mother. Her father had a very mischievous smile, "After all honey its not every year a sear gets to take her family wand." Sadie's eyes went wide and a squeal of pure delight escaped her lips, "Are you serious? Please tell me you're serious!" Her father hugged her tightly, "Now listen honey, this wand deserves respect. I trust you will give it some?" Sadie nodded her mind still racing wildly, "So what next?" Her father smiled again, "Well dear we still have one thing to pick up in Diagon Alley." Sadie smiled really brightly, "What is it?" He smiled knowingly, "It's A surprise dear. Go get ready." And with that Sadie raced up the stairs and got herself prepared for a wonderful day.
