Seriously, I just threw it together with only that in mind. There isn't really any need for it. It's just for flavor. 
Also, I think I used the wrong word in his personality. By Non-persuasive, I mean that he cannot be persuaded to do anything he doesn't want to do, so I guess 'stubborn' would be a better word.
