Not my point. Tara is a dragon. When she's in her normal, dragon form Taraah will look 13. The human appearance is a spell, so age doesn't matter.

Forsythe has prime say on dragons, and he has declared that the oldest dragons reach just past 1500 years. A 2000 year-old dragon is impossible in this setting.
