Personality:
Sloan is very attentive, yet she also has a short attention span. She is focused on her goal until something... or [i]someone[/i] new comes around, though no one can come between her obsession with [i]her[/i]. Like most feline, Sloan is highly perceptive and very intelligent, able to read even the most closed off person with little effort. She is uninterested in getting close with any of the inmates, and does not do well with affection. During her time in Drk, Sloan has scratched out several people's eyes for touching her ears and tail. 

History: 
Sloan was born a cat, but later developed her mostly human appearance and the ability to shift forms at will. Like many from the Black Cat coven, she was gifted with magical abilities of her own and over the years, has harnessed her power to do more evil than good. Little else is known about the mysterious Neko or The Black Cats, but it rumored that she has a very close relationship with The Warden.
