FERALISS / TYRIAN Instinct. Rage. Fury. Pain. Kill. Feraliss rampaged through New York City. Everyone needed to feel what she felt. She breathed fire on a building, melting the glass and metal of its corner. Flying upward, she battered a skyscraper with her wings, screaming a roar out into the world. Folding her taloned wings, she plummeted down to the smaller buildings again, smelling blood. She followed the scent, but before she could find it something jumped onto her back. She raged, flailing around, trying to buck the thing off of her, but it held on and began climbing up. Feraliss furiously flew up high and flared her wings, screaming her rage across the city, then began flying in tight circles in an attempt to grab whatever was clinging to her and throw it off of her. "Liss, no, don't hurt him!" a voice cried. It sounded familiar... Something pricked her between her scales, and she roared, folding her wings and plummeting to the earth again, flaring her wings just before she hit the ground and lifting up just enough to scrape over a building. She barrel rolled, twisted and turned, then finally flung the thing off of her. She reared back and breathed in, preparing to breathe fire on the thing she had thrown off of herself. Just as the fire erupted from her gaping maw, the familiar voice shouted, "NO!" and a black thing streaked into the stream of fire. The black thing grabbed the holding-onto-her-spine thing and folded its feathery wings around the other. Feraliss snapped her mouth shut and lowered her body to the ground, crawling low toward the singed, smoking heap of charcoal. The black thing unfurled its wings and put down the holding-onto-her-spine thing. Feraliss snarled viciously, snapping her mouth. "Take it easy, Liss. Just calm down. No need to let this get out of control." Feraliss growled, but she watched the black thing intently. She felt compelled to behave, wanted its attention, craved its approval... Tyrian hated this ability he had, and he hated using it, but he didn't see another way around it. He stared into her eyes and compelled her with his charm. Stretching his paw-hand out, he reached toward her and almost touched her snout, but then something hit her on her side. Feraliss screamed, blasting fire into the air. She reared back and took to the air again. "Shit," Tyrian muttered. He turned to the strange-looking costumed man. "You okay?"
