Ughhh, really not in the mood to write, but I figure better to post sooner rather than later. Name: Ella Lindgren Gender: F Age: 29 Position: Director of Photography. In essence she is responsible for the "look" of the film, how it turns out visually. Largely her time is spent managing the camera crew, lighting, equipment, and technical aspects of filming. She also likes to overlook some aspects of editing like color grading and special effects. (pic just a reference, couldn't find satisfactory pic) Appearance: She’s a bit of a tomboy, almost never wearing skirts or dresses. Kinda short and a little thin, she has a bit of a inferiority complex. Her hair is short and messy, so she just hides it under a hat. Wearing glasses bothers her so she just keeps a pair in her pocket only pulling it out when she needs to. Posture and elegance are things that she doesn’t have, although not entirely her fault. Personality: Ella is hardly if ever satisfied with her work. There’s always something she finds off about her images, one reason why she’d never make a book; she’d be way too picky about what to put in it. She’s also way too stubborn and easily tempered. If someone keeps her waiting or is difficult to work with, she’d have no problem walking out on them regardless of who they are. She also tends to lash out at anyone when she’s upset. Although, she has been getting better with her temper especially recently. If you stay on her good side she can be jovial and fun to be around. Ella can be a bit of party animal, for better or for worse. After a few drinks she tends to get frisky and a little too friendly. History: When she was young Ella her parents would take her to the family cabin every winter. Every year a deer would show up, and come unusually close to the cabin. The first time it came, Ella was afraid of it. A strange creature appearing in the night, who wouldn't be? The next year she saw it again, this time Ella's fear was overshadowed by curiosity. She watched it majestically strut about in the fluffy white snow, showered my moonlight, it was a sight she'd never forget. Another year passed, this time she bought a disposable camera to get a picture of the deer. Years passed, and her interest in photography grew over time. Shortly after graduating she enrolled in an art school. During her short time there she made a lot of connections and became friends with a lot of students. She also squabbled with many of the teachers. Before she could graduate Ella got into a disagreement with her parents, which eventually led to them basically disowning her. Fortunately she was more or less self sufficient at this point, working as a photographer for a small newspaper. However she did drop out partially due to financial reasons and partially because she felt there was nothing left for her to learn there. Working her way up the ranks, Ella eventually found herself overseas covering wars. Crawling through the mud alongside soldiers, the experience was terrifying but she couldn’t imagine going back home to her dull life. Eventually she would be forced to after getting injured by a landmine. The incident put a limp in her step, preventing her from returning to the front. The sudden return home put her in a state of depression for some time. When she was over there amidst the gunfire she felt like she was doing something, making a difference. But back in the states, it was like no one cared. For a short time she made a living as a paparazzi and doing work for adult websites, basically whatever was easy and paid. It took a chance encounter with an old college friend to pull her out of her slump. Her buddy got her a job working on movies which was more fulfilling than what she was doing. Just another pretty-boy. I hate it when fans fawn over him like he's something special. Goddamit, it really pisses me off. Therapist tells me I envy him subconsciously, as if. Why would I want to be a boyscout? Leila Anne Fox: Seems like a good girl, easy on the eyes, talented too. She's good at what she does, and doesn't complain all the time like other actors. Wouldn't mind working with her more often. Maximillian Harrison: Nice guy, I guess. Kind of an airhead, always too cheery/annoying. Sometimes I wonder what planet he comes from. He should see some of the shit I've been through... Harris Klein: Just an old drunk who doesn't know when to retire. He needs to take a long walk off a short cliff. Jake Wilson: Does his job and doesn't get in my way. Smart guy too, I'm sure he's been around the block before. Not really my type but I'm sure we'd get along. Phoebe J. Collins: A little childish I'd say. She gets annoying sometimes, but I don't mind. I like having her on set, makes things less dreary. Leo P N B Xavier: He doesn't bother me, which is more than I can say for some people. As long as he doesn't ruin the scene with some gaudy outfit design we won't have any problems. Amy Ho: A bit too nosy if you ask me. Always bothering me with schedules and whatnot, bugging me when I'm trying to think. Jeez, why can't she just let me work in peace? Vyacheslav Piotr Zolnerowich-Wahlstein: That name a quite a mouthful. I don't really see much of him, he tends to stay out of my way. If only more people were like that... Max Goldstein: Friendly guy, and surprisingly not a control freak. He doesn't piss me off nearly as much as other business men, which is quite a feat. As long as he doesn't tell me what to do we won't have a problem. Addison Matthews: Ugh, models. Not always the brightest bunch. But Addy seems alright. She brings me coffee and does what I tell her, what more can I ask for? to be continued...
