Personality: Ragina is a heartless person who doesn't care about anyone but herself. She spites on the thought of happiness. She despises all things that relate to happiness and peace, and destroys it all. Her perfect world is one of war. She fears nothing and thinks that power is everything. She thinks there is nobody alive that could best her with the amount of power that she has.

Bio: Ragina has always hated peace and happiness, even when she was little. She tried her hardest to make everyone misable. As she grew up, this hatred grew, so much so that she wanted to make an never ending war. She destroyed island after island with her sheer amount of power. She became feared, until one day, she just disappeared. Nobody knew what happened to her, but now, she has finally returned with a desire even greater than before.
