I was pondering that myself, and came to the conclusion that they're more likely to get along than not. They seem to share similar temperaments and values. ;D

I was going to assume that English was the common language for most of the characters, but I think that's something we should address right quick, otherwise it's going to be 3 years of wild hand gestures and whacky misunderstandings.

As for your final point, I actually was planning on doing that with all the characters, or at least Lucian's perceptions of the team mates, as they appear in the posts. A little game that worked out well in the OOC I've done and was told about a long time ago was the "character opinion game" where you write what your character thinks of another character based off of their character sheets alone.
