Alright people, you'll see there's now a little hider with Region names/race/exports/owner below the map.

If you guys think it'd be better, I can predetermine NPC races/exports here and now so that it is known to all. 

Or we can stick to the original plan, in which you decide who they are and I decide the exports they're selling*

The choice is yours. If no one says anything I'll decide myself. Both systems have merits and drawbacks, in my eyes anyways.
