Rest assured, I am still very much in this. Now trying to force myself to stick to finishing writing up a post now.

EDIT: Also I am stuck trying to decide which crops(s) to go with, since you seem to have given me multiple new food sources, which leads me to believe that my dwarves will not have any trouble with food for a long time.

Giving everyone who seem inactive a few more days to post, then I'll start replacing inactives with people from the holding-list.

So uh, it seems a few people have wordlessly left the RP , and 2 of the people on the waiting list haven't been on the guild in awhile (well one is online now, but I think he was just announcing his continued hiatus. So, ignoring the fact I'm jumping the gun a bit here, would you mind if I posted a custom race for this RP so I know its alright straight away if I do get into the RP? ..and I'll probably work on my entire civ if it's accepted but I won't post it until I get the actual go ahead so whatever.

So...yeah. There are some people that are gone from the guild for some time now. Not trying to make you do something you don't but you might wanna...make the list smaller. Hivekiller , MadCowful , Illium Vethelot...well they quit the guild for now. They shouldn't be taken in consideration anymore. My opinion :)

@Pyromaniacwolf Roughly speaking I dislike their high magic capabilities. I'd ask you to lower it to average. Diplomacy isn't that big of a weakness but I see how being carnivorous would be a good weakness for such a race! When a spot opens up for you (if ever) I'll give a more detailed opinion probably.

@Kangutso That's okay. I know you're still active so I won't autodrop you.

@everyone I'm starting work on the next post now. This means about 1-2 days remaining of the deadline depending on how beat I am after work. Any inactive players will be immediately purged without a 4 turn wait.

@Chenzor aight that's fair enough. Actually with the way I'm imagining the races religion to work, naturally high magic capabilities wouldn't really make sense. And yeah I thought restricting the food available to them would be a pretty significant downside.

Might try and come up with some ideas to build a nation from the shattered remains of one of the old ones rather then craft one completely from scratch. Might also help build into the lore of the world too.

Ruler: Gredy Silvertongue, first and currently only leader of the Orc Grave Swamp Enclave

Type of Government: In theory, any goblin can be in charge of the Enclave. In practice, the position tends to go to the wisest and most cunning goblin in order to try and lead it to the best of their abilities.

Religion:
The Orc Grave Swamp Enclave worships a variety of minor local spirits and deities, however one of the more widely accepted deities of the Enclave as a whole is the Great Swamp Dragon, whom stalks the deeper swamp and occasional leaves it to seek out food. While the rituals vary from goblin to goblin, the whole enclave takes part in the 'Appeasement Ritual' in which they leave a large offering of food on an altar where the black dragon can find it.

History:
Goblin kind has often been left out of the history scrolls and stories, their larger orc masters often ignoring them unless they were bored or wishing to vent their anger out of something. Treated little better then slaves, it isn't strange for goblins to disappear during the night and trying to make their way somewhere else in the world. Most don't survive long on their own.

The Orc Grave Swamp is named as such for the simple reason that it's plant and animal life tends to be so poisonous that any attempt by the taller, less nimble races of the world to pass through it results in a quick and painful death. However, recently a number of former goblin slaves escaped into the swamp and somehow avoided death long enough to establish a life for themselves; It was still a hard life and they didn't exactly thrive, but they were free of their orcish overlords. Word spread of this safe place for goblins to flee their masters too and over the years many goblins from the different orc tribes and warbands fled into the swamp in search of a story. While many were claimed by the swamp, enough were discovered and accepted into the settlement that it actually started to grow.

Due to the many different tribes that the members of the settlement had been apart of, the settlement was declared the Orc Grave Swamp Enclave.
