Since there's an anime thread, I've decided to branch out: what other cartoons do you like?

I'll start.
Adventure Time - It's been getting shaky lately, but ever since the second season, I've been in love with this series. The characters, slowly-growing metaplot, and humor are worth sticking around for.
Gravity Falls - I've seen unfortunately little of this, but what I've seen, I've liked. It's a Disney show that has been legitimately horrifying on purpose, unlike the Disney Channel shows, which manage to be legitimately horrifying by virtue of existence.
Dan Vs. - He's 1/16th Canadian. This gives him the power to turn into a bear. This is the least bizarre and awesome thing about the show.
Bee and Puppy Cat - Not on TV, but it totally should be. The adventures of a socially awkward woman working as a galactic temp agent, and her adorable alien monstrosity.

Absolutely nothing currently showing on Cartoon Network. Since they cancelled Teen Titans and Young Justice I've had no reason to watch CN

Aside from Dan-V, which I've never heard of until now, I agree with the OP list. Gravity Falls is excellent (you can watch all the episodes here). Adventure Time is not really that great and Bee and Puppycat pilot was really good.

I'd also reccomend Rick and Morty - geared for adults in the same grain as South Park, Simpsons, et al - only every episode is positively hysterical and orders of magnitude more clever than any cartoon-for-adults that I've ever seen. If you're a fan of Gravity Falls, I think you'll definitely appreciate Rick and Morty as well.

@RillaFunny thing?
Only Adventure Time is on the Cartoon Network.
Gravity Falls is Disney, Dan Vs. was on the Hub before being unceremoniously cancelled, and the channel it was on being unceremoniously put down. And Bee and Puppy Cat's a web video. If you're honestly looking for anything approaching good in terms of cartoons, Cartoon Network stopped being halfway decent sometime between the end of Megas XLR, and the beginning of their live programming.

@gorgenmastHeard good things about Rick and Morty, and what little I've seen of it is definitely up my alley.

I really like some of the adult aimed cartoons like Space Ghost Coast to Coast, it takes a little bit of getting used to but once you get into it, it's great!
Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law - This one I used to hate when I was younger, but it's probably one of my favourite series, it's worth giving a shot.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force - Probably my favourite series right now, more adult than the other two. I absolutely love how psychotic each character can be in certain episodes.
Drawn Together - I really enjoyed the first few seasons, there are some highlights in the later seasons and the movie is alright. The movie for this series comes with a huge warning though, it's pretty morbid sometimes, especially when it comes to kittens and puppies.

Rick and Morty, as previously mentioned, is brilliant.

The Avatar series
American Dad
Code Name Kids Next Door
Loony Toons
Old Teen Titans

All of these are pretty good shows in my opinion. I probably have more but I can't think of anything.

I'd like to endorse 'Over the Garden Wall' for its character development, plot twists and Antebellum-esque setting.

Oh and the Boondocks is a fun show, if you're into black people doing black people things.

EDIT: Archer too.

Rick and Morty, Archer, Boondocks, Black Dynamite, most of the old-school Adult Swim shows (Aqua TV SHOW SHOW, sealab, etc.), and..... well I mean pretty much the whole AS lineup is good, but if we're picking, American Dad and King of the Hill top the list for me.

If you like Archer, do yourself a favor and check out Frisky Dingo -- it's the same creator, but his previous show (on an [AS] budget), and it's got the same humor.

OH -- since it came up in an RP conversation, Starship Troopers Roughnecks. Find it, watch it, that's what cool kids used to watch.

Avatar series (it was Korea,n and Japanese made for one season)

Code Lyoko (French made. This was my jam as a child. Watched it religiously. Can't really find this series anywhere anymore and nobody really remembers it)

Xiaolin Showdown (stupid show from Canada, but it was so well animated and had a plot)

Lot of the old american cartoons

Classic Cartoon Network shows from the 1990s

These are some of the main ones, I have a lot more but these just some.

that reminds me of a show on (I assume) Canada's version of Adult Swim called "Dating Guy." It was entertaining.

Cartoon Network has one bright star for it right now. Steven Universe plays pretty much exclusively on it, and that show is a really big deal to a lot of people. Adventure time is good, but I haven't been feeling it for a while.

*Starts twitching as I try to refrain from mentioning that anime wouldn't be a chinese cartoon so would technically be free to post here

The best cartoon ever is Avatar: The Last Airbender as well as the spinoff Legend of Korra series (better then most anime, possibly the best but it's a close call). Spongebob was really good around the middle seasons but I haven't watched it lately, the one's I have are not nearly as good. Still, some really great episodes and jokes in there.

Then of course there is the newer My Little Pony cartoon that's really good...I've heard.

OMFG! OMFG! SOMEBODY ELSE ACTUALLY REMEMBERS IT!!!!! "Return to the past...now!" I too used to watch it regularly! It was one of my favorite shows, one of the few I would get upset about missing as well! Though, it's so upsetting that it just vanished!

I always wondered what happened to that show. I used to love it.
