Hey guys, in the craze for the new movie in the potterverse...

What I have here would be a roleplay set in the wizarding world of Harry Potter, placed not in the comfortable seats of the ministry but as a group of wizards and witches who have taken up the mantle as resistance members. Taking place in the year of 1942, several years before the defeat of Grindelwald and whose reign is currently at the height of his power, our group of wizards' job has never been more dangerous as it all takes place in the thick of the conflict between the muggles and their military conflict, specifically what they have called: World War 2, that has been reigning on for three years.

As the potterverse is just a setting, a vast knowledge of it is not necessary. Most of the stuff you would need to know can easily take a quick Google so don’t worry if you’re not that well informed. With the story will be set out in an episodic format, every new episode is either diving into a new situation or developing a preexisting one. 

With the nature of this roleplay, I want input from all players, I really want this to be a collaborative effort. I will probably need a good Co-GM too due to other commitments.

When the non-wizarding world began their conflicts once more, the wizarding world whispered the omens of Grindelwald and his foretelling of the next world war. With Britain and France declaring war on Germany that splintered the wizarding world with the politics that leaked into their society. Rumors of German wizards being recruited by a muggle leader spread like wildfire that only drew supporters to the dark wizard's side to take over the humans and restore order. 

Drawing an eerie silence when the German Ministry of Magic went completely silence before the Thule Society announced the birth of their group. Arising from the remains of the German Ministry of Magic, they had made their moves to wrestle and take control of the wizarding world residing in Germany. Placing heavy propaganda and control over the population that effectively sealed them off from the rest of the world. 

Then Durmstrang Institute was the next to fall in a deadly battle with the dark arts, a school that excelled in the curses involved with their specialty that resulted in many causalities from both sides. A school unflinching in reputation for teaching the dark arts would not fall easily to the forces that amassed against them, but even then, they could only last for so long. Resulting in the fall of the first wizarding school...

Fear grew as dark wizards from both Grindelwald and the Thule Society began taking advantage of the ongoing conflict of the war. Taking strikes against the muggles and the rest of the wizarding war that began to draw them into a corner that they could no longer ignore. 

The option to keep themselves completely out of the picture like they did in the first World War, was now impossible. With the Wizarding World passing legislation that all members of the ministry who possessed the prerequisite ranking could fight against the enemies that were mobilized against them when in need. With the highest ranking wizards on the field being the Aurors, they faced the least rules for the title they possessed, who were vetted more thoroughly than ever that acted as agents for the Ministry with some autonomy to suppress, sabotage, and destroy any of the opposing forces without restraint for the International Statute of Secrecy. With it being the first time after its signing, that the International Statute of Secrecy has ever been temporarily suppressed for the Wizarding World in their time of dire need. 

Despite their best efforts, both the French Ministry of Magic and Beauxbatons Academy of Magic fell not due to a lack of military force but a failing against enemy espionage that caused their overlapping muggle government in France to collapse to German control. A seed of corruption that easily spread into the channels of the French wizarding world and began to eat the Ministry from the inside out. Leaving only resistance groups that exist on the fringe, avoiding the attention of the dominant power waiting to wipe out all that opposes the new regime. 

With most of the major powers in Europe's wizarding world being taken over, Britin's Ministry of Magic requested the aid of America and place away their differences. Their aid wouldn't come until the bombing of Peral Harbor where they realized that they too wouldn't be able to keep out of the conflict overseas. Effectively realizing that perhaps a turning point was presenting itself in the world of where something major in history was happening that would decide the future. MACUSA and the United States began dedicating their resources to their allies across the sea, allowing both soldiers and supplies to be delivered to aid the war effort.

The remainder of the major players, Japan and Mahoutokoro School of Magic, already chose it side willingly due to a difference of opinions from the rest of the world that they felt could be heard with the side they joined. Rallying a patriotism in both muggle society and the wizarding world in America that caused a fervor to ignite the battlefield from the surge of participants in the United States. 

Allowing the opportunity where Britan and the many other countries to pull their wizards in arms and take another stand from dark wizards bashing against their walls. Allowing for another stand so that the future would not have to face the destruction of war. Another stand to ensure the wizarding world would go on.

A brutal war both in the light of day and shadow of night would be commenced by the wizarding world. 

Preferred List of Characters, A group of 8 - 9 individuals Max.

An Auror or two max, the capable jack of all trades but eclipsed by the specialists. Must be from different Ministries. Partners to the respective members from the Ministry below.

A member or two from any Ministry branch, possessing varying amounts of connections, information and capabilities depending on the department chosen. Position in the department varies in what is chosen to balance, by my call. Must be from different Ministries. Partners to the Aurors above.

Two people max who are Teachers from the fallen schools in Europe (One from Beauxbatons, One from Durmstrang). Treated as specialized wizards with the classes they teach but more rounder than them in terms of capabilities and knowledge.

Several specialized wizards, excelling in one area and slightly above average in others. Overshadows previous choices with the area they focus on, superior even to Wizarding School Teachers.

The above are just rough archetypes to be taken for example and can be customized to make your character something you feel comfortable and groovy with. Only thing I wish though is to have diversity in our characters and where they are all coming from.

Presented a post that should end the night of festivities for Caster and Jonathan unless something attracts their attention. In Rider's case, let see what happens and we can go from there but @Grey would be more or less in the position to post with the appearance of their master when its done.

"Tch..." Caster said as he looked at the scene in front of them, as the targets were simply more charred than before but no other change beyond that. "I believe it is time to take our leave, this battle is over" Caster mentally communicated to his Master as his eyes scanned the docks once more as the sirens could be heard in Fuyuki City coming to investigate the scene. "Yeah we should get going, the cops are already on the scene" Jonathan said telepathically in response as he was on the other side of the building watching the flashing lights as the policemen began entering the scene. Sighing, Caster quickly headed over to his Master as the bounded field and temporary space that he made as his began to break down. Picking him up in a flush swoop, Jonathan yawned as Caster carried him to the rooftops and began making their way out of the crime scene that was being established. 

Soaring upon rooftop to rooftop "I guess let's call this a night shall we?" Jonathan said as it was tiring today, with the church, the small brawl at the docks, and everything else that he did today which paled in comparison. Caster only nodded as he focused navigating the city, heading back to the house they had rented for the duration of their stay in Fuyuki City. Lick some wounds, watch some tv, and enjoy some normalcy in this strange time but of course, a little bit of preparation for the next day wouldn't hurt. As Jonathan occasionally changed the channels on the tv as he began working on something for backup in case things would get much more serious than today...

"Master, shall we take our leave?" Rider asked mentally as most of the Masters had already left, with Brynhilda being one of the last few to remain in the church. "Yes, let us take our leave. We have nothing else to do here" Brynhilda said as she ignored everyone in the room and began to leave the church. Making their way down the street as the two made their way back to the apartment that Brynhilda had set up for all of their preparations and needs, it was a suitable place if Fuyuki City. As they made their way through the city, Rider became alert as the blaring alarms of police cars came rushing down the street before making a turn and quickly disappearing. 'It seems like tonight is a bit more active than what we were doing at the church' Brynhilda said telepathically as she could feel the magical energy radiating from the plumes of smoke in the distance.  'Too late to worry about it now, it is only a matter of time before the public takes care of it and by the time that happens everything should have ended by then.' She said along with her continuous path down the street, only bothering to give a short glance at the incident before returning her attention to the thoughts in her head.

In a few minutes of turning and heading down the right streets, they were already at their apartment as they made their way through a park. Blanketed with a layer of snow as they left their marks on the white surface as they made their way through. It was oddly quiet and peaceful in comparison to the noisy chaos that surrounded the small piece of greenery in the steel and cement jungle they were in. 'Rider, go look around the building for me. I shall be fine for a brief moment while you do this.' Brynhilda said as she hid underneath a tree as snow collected on the top. Nodding at her Master's command, she quickly did a scan of the park area before moving to the apartments. However, a glimmer on her radar indicated a presence of another Servant that she felt on the edge of her senses. 'Rider, I-' Was what Rider heard on the link before silence as her worries only intensified as she made her way to her Master. Dashing through the snow as it scattered around her, leaping in powerful strides as she returned to the park.

In a sharp and sudden feeling, she felt something was cut off as she knew what it was as she felt her form become almost heavier before she slowed herself down. Walking back to the park, her eyes peering side to side as moved silently dematerialized to through the snow covered ground. Her nose picked up the pungent scent of blood, a too familiar smell for her as she quickly hurried over to the tree that it came from. Upon coming to the scene, Brynhilda was lying against the tree as an arrow was at her side taken out presumably by her. Looking over the wound and her body, Rider discovered the harden cover of blood that stopped the external and internal bleeding. However, upon more detailed inspection, Rider could detect the faint smell of poison and the small taste of her Master's blood only supported her claim further. It wouldn't help her former Master mourning her death, no, it would be better to seek out that her life was avenged or at least not wasted. She had no personal liking or disliking to her previous master but they simply hadn't known each other long enough to understand each other. It still wouldn't hinder her from getting the Grail which she wished to take for her own, meaning that a new Master must be contracted with... 

Chasing down the Servant who killed her former master would be foolish with the time Rider had, it would be better used to use her resources into finding a source of energy to fuel her. With a start, she disappeared into the night as she began feeding to sustain herself until a suitable Master was found by her. Dedicating her senses to finding humans for food and sustenance as well with looking for a Master to provide an anchor to this world. She could last maybe two days give or take with the feeding of humans and being most of the time dematerialized but it would be enough, even if she found a subpar magus to act as her connection to this world.

Caster looked on at the fight continued as the Servant who he was contacting too seemed to be not be welcomed in engaging in mental conversation. It was no matter, as Caster's own help was providing minimal effect onto the course of the battle but if seconds were enough to be bought then it would work. But it seemed like the Servant that Caster was working with seemed to have had the wrong idea on who he was his companion but it was fine, to distort one's knowledge was fine as the possibilities of finding out his true identity would be kept low. However, with other pressing matters such as presence finally being noticed, not like they were planning to be discrete about their approach. However, it was a concern now that the other Servant seemed to have noticed them and thusly assume that whoever assisting him would try to disrupt him if they could. 

"Master, prepare ourselves a defensive area around the map and get ready for when I call upon you. It may not be discrete if we continue like this but our options are much more diverse if we do this" Caster said to Jonathan and waved his feathered fan at his describing more details on what he wanted to do which Jonathan agreed on. "I am assuming the best I can do then? A bounded field it is then!" He smirked before getting to work on building a protective bounded field as he watched as Caster pace around deep in thought. Caster was briefing Jonathan as he was working on his spell, telling him about the situation so that he was aware of what was happening. 

Finally, Caster turned himself away from the window and went back to the inside of the building was a central area that was empty, except for the map that depicted the scenes happening outside which Caster updated. Taking in the surroundings as he contemplated on what to do with the limited resources he had before looking at his feathered fan and raised it up as a surge of magical energy activated his weapon's secondary ability. Within this space of his, the creation of soldiers to provide the power needed was indeed possible and made simpler through channeling with his fan that was able to create twenty-five warriors who were engorged with mana to fight for him. It would be suitable for fulfilling the need of providing firepower against the lone Servant who had overwhelming power. As each attack was backed behind a dense form of mana which created it form that was stronger than most humans. Sadly, Caster knew he wasn't able to help much in the physical department but his reservoir of magical energy would allow him and his master to fill up the gaps.  

Looking around for his Master, spotting him in the corner of his eye as he wondered if he had finished his preparations which he received a nod. With a wave of his hand, he could feel the dormant structure of the barrier and raised it up by supplying the energy needed for it. The amount of mana that he had on hand was more than enough for him and could prove to support his Master's own spells for the meantime. Watching as the magical energy he provided to his Master's rune begin to glow as they began to build a barrier around the central area defending it. 'Perfect Master, this will be the ideal place for you to stay while I am commanding the different sides of this battle' Caster said with a sly smile 'Wait... What?' Jonathan blinked several times but with a wave of the crane fan, many things went unsaid and could be felt instinctually. With the sudden movement for ten of those soldiers that Caster had made, were suddenly armed with bows and began heading to the rooftop while the rest remained on standby. 'Wait, you sure about that? The last time they did that it didn't work but we can try again...' Jonathan said as he received his own orders but remembered Caster telling him some important things earlier.

'It doesn't hurt to try on our end and learn more about that Servant, but if it doesn't succeed then it would be a problem for our fighter in the front.' Caster said mentally as watched Jonathan finish inscribing his spell onto one of the soldiers who were purely built from mana, they would function as remote detonators for the spell that his Master would create. Looking at the runes that his Master had written, he questioned the purpose of the spell that he had created 'Oh, those runes are combined to create a fire spell which considering our resources is the best that I can do right now.' Jonatan said before continuing 'The Laguz rune (ᛚ), Gebo rune (ᚷ), Ingwaz rune (ᛜ), Sowilo rune (ᛊ) and the Tiwaz rune (ᛏ) work together to form essentially a bomb. Of course, science and magic don't usually mix well together but in this case, they compliment each other and in this weather it will work!' Jonathan said as he droned on about the abilities of the spell

The Spell that is inscribed onto the soldier can be explained as a 'thermal bomb' in the most simplest of terms. As when prana is charged into the runes, the surrounding water vapor in the air will be transmuted into oil by the Laguz, Gebo, and Ingwaz runes as a component for the spell. Then the oil will be then set on fire by the Sowilo rune which the combustion of such a large amount of oil will cause a chemical reaction to suck in the surrounding oxygen molecules according to how much oil was burned (following the law of conversation of matter). The consumption of the nearby gas would cause any normal person to pass out from the lack of oxygen and pressure being pulled against them into the reaction. This effect is possible through the Tiwaz rune which is not only a rune of air but also analysis and rationality which increases the power of the spell by taking advantage of the law of physics and chemistry to turn a moderately powerful fire spell into a powerful and quite a potent one. Operating in the same way as an air-fuel bomb or in essence a thermobaric weapon. Which excludes a tremendous amount of heat and light from the energy being produced as the main effect being used in this spell. 

To say the least, the spell is fatally deadly to any magus and equally dangerous to a Servant as well. With it being a unique blend of modern civilization operating with the old system of rune magic to create a spell impossible back in the old days. This spell is almost second to none in terms of explosive prowess and destruction (with the exception of nuclear weapons).

<Cost of Spell covered by Caster>

Knodding to his Master's explanation, he was only partially listening as he watched the position of his archers began to set themselves of the rooftops. Waving his fan as an order was given to them 'Fire at our Lone Target, avoid hitting our ally.' he commanded as he knew they would follow his commands as best they could. The soldiers in the room with Caster and Jonathan also received their own mission as they became armed with their own weapons. Fifteen soldiers armed with various weapons that would cover the different ranges in close and personal combat. Some were armed with short swords and shields, others with lances and a few with chain whips that would cover each other weaknesses. Watching them in awe as Jonathan looked at Caster who commanded them and saw him return the windows once more to observe what was going to happen now. However, before he left  'Remember, stay in this room and you shall be safe. I trust in your capabilities Master but just in case I have left some soldiers to defend you.'  he said before leaving. Jonathan sighed at his Servant's command but there were five other soldiers guarding him. Sighing at his situation, at least he should take his time and hide so he wasn't so obviously spotted, and thus stowed away in the room.

Looking back outside the battleground, he watched as the Lone Servant was continuing his clash. He watched as his mana-created soldiers began exiting the building, exposing their position but as they rushed the Lone Servant it would serve as a distraction. With loud noise echoing as the doors crashed to the side announcing the presence of the ten men 'As a note of caution, avoid the arrows and get far back when my soldiers approach the brute, lest you want to get burned again. I'll do my best to allow yourself to get some room' Caster said to the Servant he was cooperating with a wave of his fan before his ten archers on the roof took aim and began firing in a systematic way. Trained with experience as if decades of military service were drilled into them, they would be able to fire three shots in per every minute like the Servant's support earlier if given the time. However, a hail of ten arrows was something not simple to defend from even in the case of the mana soldiers. It, however, was only a veil to distract the advancement of Caster's soldiers on foot who were moving forward. Together the two groups moved in perfect synchronization, as expected of Caster who was the military tactician during the era of The Three Kingdoms. 

Within moments, the soldiers were participating in the melee combat as the surrounded the Lone Servant who was now even further outnumbered. Five soldiers in the front with swords and shield, three behind them to support with spears and two with chains to cover any openings. Of course, Caster wasn't going to fight fair, as the formation of soldiers was purely numerical advantage to cover their lack of strength with skill and knowledge ingrained into them.  Their approach to the situation was quick to be aggressive and entered the range of the Lone Servant before entering the defensive before holding out. It was the perfect moment to escape the Lone Servant's attention for the cooperating Servant that Caster was helping out. As his soldiers sparingly would retaliate with their own attacks but it only served to encircle the Servant. 

Once the other Servant had disengaged from the battle, the soldier that was written with Jonathan's runes approached the Lone Servant and locked hands with the other soldiers. By the command of Caster, these walking batteries of magical energy was consumed to activate his Master's spell. Upon activation, it would take more than a simple leap back as the mystery contained within the spell released itself upon everyone in the direct vicinity. Consuming the soldiers in their entirety as a generous amount of mana was packed into generating the strongest result from the spell. Its effects were further empowered as the wet atmosphere of Fuyuki City fueled the spell along with by being near the docks and air heavy with water as evident with the snow. As the widely available water resources were turned into oil suddenly that slathered the ground and uncomfortably in the air for a moment which ignited. The next events that happening was a vacuum suddenly centralized by the Lone Servant as a fiery inferno consumed it in the center if it hadn't managed to escape. Even if they did, the force of the winds generated by the flames sucking in oxygen could be felt by the other Servant who would have to ground themselves as best they could. Luckily, spiritual beings such as Servants needed no such things as oxygen to survive but other things did such as humans or like the fires in the general vicinity that had their own fuel stolen from them as they quickly were extinguished from the sheer reach of the runic spell that Caster had just activated. Consuming it blindly and indiscriminately, the flames raged as it burned with sheer heat that the surrounding snow had turned into water as it could be felt quite a distance away. Had the other Servant not sufficiently ran away far enough, it wouldn't be a surprise that they got second-degree burns from the scale of the spell as Caster did warn him.

To say the least, there were no more fires in the surrounding area like before but only black scorch where Caster's soldiers had once been. The air seemed thinner and unnaturally warm that was obvious to anyone who could feel the change in temperature. With the surrounding area devoid of snow from the sheer heat, that was produced as it rained for a short time before turning back to snow of the slushy kind. Whatever the aftermath was, it was clear that if that didn't work was time to run more or less for everyone involved...

Looking past the soaring buildings as Caster and Jonathan made their way to the scene, above the rooftops, they went as one leap to another which was their discreet means of traveling through the city of those unsuspecting. While of course Caster while not the strongest of Servants, was more capable than any human and would be suitable for the task. Moving through Fuyuki City as they quickly passed through the familiar streets and sights that they had saw days beforehand to get acquaintance with the city. Their attention now, however, was solely focused onto the black plumes of smoke that lingered in the air that was getting closer. Together the two were pondering on what they might expect from the scene, as the closer they got allowed them to begin sensing the scale of the fighting.

Once in the general area, the two of them stop at Jonathan's command and Caster's knowledge on picking up a perfect scouting what is happening right now. The clash between two servants was obvious, as they were in public in a duel that seemed to be dragging on for a while now with craters and debris everywhere. However, Jonathan didn't give himself the time to be enthralled by the eerily beautiful fighting of the two legendary figures and prepared to stretch his abilities. Tapping into his abilities not only as a Magus but a Master of the Grail War as well, he extended those magical senses through the battlefield to determine the position of things that he could determine. It was obvious that there were two Servants who were fighting in close combat but there was another that if they weren't hidden that seemed to play in the supportive role from afar, perhaps an Archer or Caster? There was no dispute though with the fact that the fight was taking place were involved with Servants as the spiritual energy in the area was concentrated from their repeated clashes and blows that anyone could see. It, however, wouldn't be good remaining exposed outside and began making his way inside through the door that lead inside the building that he was standing on. Taking his time to relay all that he discovered to Caster who was occupied doing his own thing.

Caster, a specialist of war, could easily read and gauge the situation along with making further insight into the conditions of the battle even with the sliver of what he saw. It was easy to see that one side was superior and dominating the other who was barely hanging on by apparently ranged support as his Master assumed. Taking heed of his Master's warning as he too took cover while continuing to look at the battle of dancing flurry of blades and the sounds that resonated from them. His unveiling eyes scanned the two Servant's forms as a lifetime of wartime experience served him in determining the abilities between the two servants. However, with such mysteries surrounding historical figures like themselves didn't serve a good place marker for him with only bad estimates of their true power. His vision didn't fully catch the third servant who was wandering around the place but there seemed to be brief pauses in the battle where a stray arrow seemed to target one of the Servants. It seemed like this was a two versus one situation, that must be a concerning problem then if two Servants were getting pushed back by a single one... Caster himself didn't bother staying for long on the roof and head inside with his Master as well, knowing full well that the building has windows to peer from inside. It was a good place to set up a brief meeting and build a scene where they could briefly work at.

Once the two were inside, there it began Caster's true abilities as he assessed the information they both collected and began to build the battlefield. Looking at the empty space inside the building they were in, Caster took no time in quickly constructing a simple territory with his class skill and began quickly. Manipulating the floor as models of the surrounding area began to arise from the floor as a map was created from Caster which depicted the battle scene in a three-dimensional scale. As a competent strategist, it was easy for creating the area with magic but the indiscretion was required for quick capitalization of the battle.

"From what it seems Master, there are three Servants who are engaged in a fight right now. Currently it is a two versus one situation, but apparently, the lone wolf is pushing through and winning against the partners with a display of amazing skill that is no ordinary brute force. The other fighter seems to be honed in the art but only as a means of surviving trouble should it ever come, while skilled is inferior to the former." Caster commented as he looked at the map which detailed the surrounding area "With my abilities, I am sure to be able to sway the battle which ever way and guide them to victory but that chances at exposing ourselves and my own skills." Caster said with confidence, trusting his skills but in the end it would be up to Jonathan to give the final verdict in the say.

"Hmmm, it seems like it would be wise to take on the Lone Wolf then?" Jonathan asked Caster who simply nodded as it was obvious of how big a threat that Servant was. "Then what shall the plan be then?" He smiled mischievously as he knew already that Caster had one, and began explaining it to him before they got moving to set things into motion. They didn’t even have to leave the building, rotating the side that they were on as they soon came to a section of the building that had windows out looking the fighting happening below. 

Setting up their scene quickly, Jonathan distorted the windows with the ‘Isa’ and ‘Mannaz’ runes that caused the windows to improperly reflect light causing a false image to appear to those outside looking in as if nobody was there. The next was giving his glasses to Caster which was the mystic code to improve one's eyesight and would prove useful for Caster. Watching him effortlessly channel his pool of magical energy into the glasses as the lenses flared up. 

With the start of that, Caster's vision was enhanced by the activation of the 'Kenaz' and 'Ansuz' runes when they were activated. Focusing the lens on their ocular abilities as they functioned as binoculars once magical energy was provided to them. They also complimented Caster's own abilities of 'Advice of the Strategist' and 'Command of the Strategist' as the runes of insight, revelation, knowledge, and inspiration were working together.

To announce their presence onto the battlefield, Caster began summoning his Noble Phantasm 'He Dao' in a surge of magical energy that would have attracted any Magus or Servants' attention. The use of his weapon was a risky one, but disguised behind the illusionary wall, for now, he was safe to use it indiscriminately. As a Noble Phantasm that allowed telepathy to send out orders and in general conversation, anyone in his direct vicinity would be able to hear his commands so he chose to let them hear it. Whether they would listen to his commands or not would be their choice but it would be their best chance to win and thus Caster gave a wave of his crane feathered fan that started everything.

To the Servant who was losing the unrelenting onslaught of the Lone Wolf "If you wish to face this beast alone next time without the assistance of two other then feel free to go ahead but it would be best to neuter him quickly. Even if we do fail, I will try to guarantee your escape so that we may fight another day against this beast." He telepathically told to the Servant before he first began commanding on how to better defend against the skillful attacks of his opponents. Describing his opponent and his powerful and brutish fighting style so that he could understand the mentality of his opponent that would allow him to predict their moves. There would be a few moments of silence as Caster continued his diligent and proactive analysis on the Lone Servant with his abilities as he relayed them. "Where is your support? I shall tell them the best way to declaw this brute from afar despite the futile attempts so far against him." He mentally said to them with a wave of his fan both communicating both his words and continuous analysis on the Lone Servant fighting him. Telling him the different ways to adapt his defenses to suit any changes that his opponent may have done from the last instance that Caster intervened.

To the Servant who was firing from afar, Caster had observed enough of the Lone Servant to allow their shots to be even more precise and accurate now that he was acting as their spotter. They would no longer have to uncertainty wait for a moment to fire in hopes that their projectiles wouldn't hit their ally and would hopefully prove to be a formidable offense. Together, he could cooperate with the two and maneuver beyond normal means between two strangers on the battlefield. 

However, this plan hinged on the other two Servant's ability to trust a stranger in guiding them to victory. Should those arrows be futile, then perhaps a combined offensive assault between the two would be able to seal the deal. But, as an unlikely event which he didn't plan on happening,  there was a number of contingency plans in case the expected came. He hasn't even used his Crane Feather to its full potential yet, but he hoped he didn't have to use it.

Connor always got up early in the dark hours of the morning where the sun had yet to rise and the mist from the sea still lingered who was waiting to be dispelled by the morning rays. The schedule was quite normal for him and wasn't natural for him to start his schedule this early, starting his day with brewing the coffee as he set the machine onto the counter and listened to the noises of it starting up. As the coffee was being made, he didn't wait for the pot to be topped off as he filled a mug and quickly downed it before getting himself dressed for his morning run. Setting himself out of the house before anyone (sane) would be up at this time and locked the door behind him before he began to make his rounds around the neighborhood.

By the time he got back, it would had burned an hour before he got back as the morning sun decided to peek over the horizon as it began tackling the cold morning after he was done with his running. Exiting the cold chill as he entered his house, and listened to the silence of everyone sleeping for the most part. He knew that his son had come home late this morning from the security logs that tracked the opening and closing of the entry ways into the house and suspected he wouldn't be getting up anytime soon. Not to mention this isn't the first time that it happened before as he could recount the incident but would be a headache to handle that he wasn't ready to take. He had other things to worry about this morning as his own daughter was coming for breakfast along with his other son who've he's heard little about both. It was a shame, that the older your children grew that they seemed to get even more distant than ever until you were merely an afterthought.

He had suspected this, went through it, and now was experiencing it himself with his own children who held so many things secret about their lives. Of course, though as long they gave a call once in a while then it would be fine on their end but he himself had to keep tabs on his own children to make sure they were okay. His skills as a stalker would make him top-class should he ever fall into such a deprived state, as he dug straight into his children's personal lives without them even knowing. With social media, he picked up way too many things he didn't know at times through it and other times somethings he didn't want to know or see. However, this didn't correctly substitute for human connection which quite sadden him but of course, he never showed it, his own kids had things to worry about their own lives and adding more wouldn't help. All he could hope for was that he raised them to fit in and survive in the world that was harsh and unrelenting in its ways.

But, worrying about ideas and stray thoughts like these was the reason Connor didn't like daydreaming as it often lead to unpleasantness that could be occupied by doing something more productive. Shaking the thoughts out of his head as he dried himself off in the shower that he almost forget that he was in, getting himself dressed for the event later this morning. It seemed futile as he once again got lost in his subconscious which was an easy thing for him to do. With working as an option, a relatively poor one considering the situation, but was often an outlet to ignoring the problems of the world and he drowned in his work silently. That was what he would do, had it been a normal morning but with both Jay and Gina coming to the house for breakfast meant that he would need to break out the pots and pans... Looking at the clock, it was around 7:40 which would be the perfect time to start cooking as it would take more or less an hour to finish everything,  so he should get started now. 

He burned through the morning, as dishes would being taken out and pans were being used as a variety of food was being cooked. For Connor it wasn't hard cooking for everyone who was coming over, the struggle remained with the fact that he needed to limit what he cooked so that they wouldn't have to throw it away later. He always had a penance for overcooking for everyone and had leftovers all the time, but it also served as lunch for the kids back in the day and everyone else was wanted something to be packed. It wouldn't be a surprise to anyone that there had been a feast waiting to be eaten that was covered up which was waiting for everyone to arrive before cooling itself down.

The first to surprisingly get there first was Forrest who he expected to be knocked out by now and Linus, his nephew who was staying over for a bit. A pleasant boy but relatively unimpressive, but that shouldn't be held against him, he was only ten and still had a lot more growing to do. Watching the incident unfold itself, Connor stepped in and smiled at the nervous boy "Ah- don't worry about him Linus, I made some breakfast if you want to have some. Here can you help me set the table with plates and utensil, that would be great before everyone else is coming over! Your older cousins will be here soon you know?" He said warmly as he brought the ten-year-old over to the cabinets and revealed where the plates were at along with the drawers for the utensils before giving a sharp look at Forrest. Walking over to the teenager who smelled like alcohol despite his new clothing which only earned a mental sigh and only an assumption about what the crappy face that Forrest had was about.

"It's in the cabinet but we are starting to get low. Can you buy some more for us the next time you're out?" He simply said to the teenager who would simply either buy the pills or suffer a headache the next time he got hung over and they ran out of pills. "However, it be easier to avoid simply getting hungover you know?" Connor said to Forrest who should be smart enough to at least avoid having a terrible experience like that, even at his age Connor knew a few ways to go around that trouble in the morning... "Just help me get some cups and juice to the table alright? You can take a few after you have eaten." He simply commented as he walked down one of the halls "Also, your brother and sister are coming soon as well. If you want to get more decent, you can." Connor said to his son before he disappeared upstairs apparently getting more ready than he previously was.

Apologies for the delays everyone, but I'm going to be busy in the next two days as School has been collapsing on me and basically overwhelming me. Of course, this is all on me for being a procrastinating and lazy dolt but I'm digging myself out.  Hopefully, when I tackled everything I'll bake something up by Friday to allow everything to proceed on

While not an excuse, I don't plan on falling off the map, but just need some time to catch everything. Anyways, this the end of my public service announcement and once again, sorry for the slow posting on my end.
