Dante Dante laughed out loud and clutched his stomach for a moment, the thought of those actions incredibly funny to him. "Yea right, and I fire magic rockets from my hammer by holding it up and shouting Dirty Underwear." he chuckled. He watched Salazar project an image of the Arachnoblaster, and he looked at what details he could glean from it. "Looks like a mighty foe, but I think we could handle it, with all of the people here." he said surely, looking at everyone present, armed to the teeth, mostly.
Dante Dante smiled briefly at Chloe's nervousness, before putting the pistol away. "Don't worry, it isn't loaded, nor are the bullets really able to combust right now. We'll be fine." he said, waving a hand in the air, smiling. He knew his craft, the gun would be working. It was meant specifically for this spider. "Anyways, anything happened with you yesterday after the meeting?" Dante asked, before turning his attention to everyone else, but keeping an ear ready for Chloe's response, and his gun hidden now in his cloak, as to hopefully calm her down a little.
Dante Dante had gone back to his forge and whipped up a special pistol, just for today. He happily slung it over his belt and displayed his sword proudly as he went back to where they would be meeting. "Hello!" he said cheerily, eyeing the people that were there. "Seems to be the same people from yesterday still." he said normally, a slight undertone of happiness as he approached Chloe again, her being the only person he really knew at all here. "Hello, Chloe!" He greeted her, grinning as he pulled the pistol out, eager to show her. "I made this last night, it has special combusting flame bullets, and fires as strong as a cannon!" he said enthusiastically, beginning to ramble a little.
Dante Dante pivoted around on one foot when he heard a rustling sound, and was greeted by Chloe... falling from the sky? Suddenly, before she hit the ground, her cloak turned into paper? And it softened her landing, allowing her to make a graceful decent into the ranks, before she got to him. "Whoa! What's up with that!?" he asked, amazed and curious about her magic, or skill. "What type of magic is that? I've never heard about it." Dante asked, quite curious about it. "Remember when I asked if you could use what you make?" Chloe asked, in a whisper and seemingly worried about something. "Yea, I can use swords, even pistols, if I get my hands on them." he whispered back, putting a hand on the almost invisible sword hilt in his cloak, the blade hidden behind his cloak as well. "It's the special blade I made for myself." he told her, grinning.
Dante Dante soon reached the meeting place, seeing it was full of people. "Whoa..." he murmured, stepping around. "Oh, is that Hazeal?" he pondered aloud. There seemed to be people arguing over many things of politics and murder and battle. He saw a lady with a HUGE gun and stared for a moment, admiring the fine craftsmanship, and surveying other people. "Geez, there's a lot of weird things going on..." he muttered, jogging over to Hazeal and giving a quick bow. "Ah, nice to get here and meet you. I would like to help with the mission... Both of them. I mean like, the hidden one. You know what I mean, right?" he asked, nervous already from talking to a high ranking officer. He was nervous enough, talking to knights.
Dante Dante listened to the girl talk, ears perking up when he heard about the rods. He looked at her, dropping the final complete rod into the cloth he had set up next to the anvil, the rod clinking as it hit the others. "Why are you talking like that?" he asked, giving her an odd gaze. When she mentioned her name and being at his service, he cocked his head, eyes widening a little. "Oh, uh... ok. I'm Dante Obsid. Pleasure to meet you." Dante said calmly, handing the bag with the items to the girl. He put up the 'Gone for awhile' sign, and stepped out, shaking his cloak after grabbing his sword, the sharp blade at his waist. "Anyways, I'm off about this adventure. Feel free to follow!" He said, mimicking the sing-song voice and dashing off, using the same path he did when he first moved here, jumping off the side, landing on an old, steady roof, and running along it, jumping aside, not many bothering to look up, and he made his way to the gate, wanting to hear about the adventure. Hearing about this from one like Hazeal, surprised him. He was excited. Something like this hadn't happened to him before. His blood rushed at the thought. He soon was in sight of the gate of the capital, running and waving, hoping he wasn't too late.
Dante Dante heard the girl wandering around behind him, examining some of his hammers. "Well, an adventure feels like a nice change of scenery for me, in my opinion. Gets a bit stale with all of the work around here." he said, setting one rod down and working on more. "And to answer your question, yes. I used to be a swordsman before settling down as a blacksmith. Thought I'd give the trade a try. It's nice, forging weapons. I get to learn their material, how they work. I've even worked with some guns. And must I say, they are quite an interesting thing to look at. I do have a sword I use specifically, it should be in the chest under the table near you." he said calmly, believing she wouldn't steal from him. "It's sharper, smoother, and larger than most swords I've seen. Higher quality than just about any standard sword." he said proudly, looking behind him to stare at her for a moment. "So, are you going to go to this meeting?" he asked, before turning around and getting back to work, sparks flying.
Dante "Well, I've no problem with the Minister, but there have been rumors about some... wrongdoings on his part. Perhaps I'll look into this adventure." Dante said, watching in awe when she projected an image of the blueprint. "Interesting design..." He murmured, immediately getting to work and hammering on steel in the specified shape. "Anyways, what brings you to New Torrea?" Dante asked nonchalantly, attempting to make small talk while he worked.
Dante Dante heard a loud knocking interrupt his thoughts as he was browsing the jumbled letters. Sighing, he stood, about to answer the customer, when they mentioned, "I can read the poster for you if you want?" they called. Dante quickly opened the door, giving the customer a studious look. "Ah, you saw me I guess? Well, I would appreciate it, I can't read the jumbled letters..." he said, looking at the poster he brought out with him. "Anyways, you can talk to me about the poster while I work on whatever it is you want. I should be able to get the job done." He said proudly, looking at his blazing forge.
Dante Dante was working on his forge, making trinkets and weapons for travelers who requested. It seemed awfully busier as of late, with Kingdown Expansion came the need for tools, and he had to deliver. He just returned a gun to a new customer, who needed the handle fixed. However, Dante took his time, disassembling it and examining how it worked, before fixing and returning it. The prospect of forging a gun was always so exciting! After wiping his brow, beaded with sweat from the heat and work, he noticed a poster on the wall, alarmingly red colored. "Hm? What is this?" he said, reading the big poster, then looking at the small writing. "I'm afraid I can't decipher this just yet..." Dante muttered, taking the poster and going inside to properly examine the small text. He left a sign that said, "Out for lunch!" although if someone looked enough, they could see his thin frame's shadow in a window, peering over something.
