A Tyrant's Undoing

Jaques blushed in embarrassment when he realized who's shoes he had thrown up on. "Uh...Sorry" He muttered toward the man. He guessed that Logan wouldn't be to happy with him for the rest of the journey. He would just try to keep his distance. Then Tahra bent down to him. When he heard her say his true identity, his eyes widened. "How did you...?" he paused. "Oh yeah." They had met once before when the were younger. She would have found out sooner or later.

But from what the child had heard from the princess must have meant that he said something that could have ruined his disguise. Whatever he said, it probably didn't matter. Nobody thought anything of it except for Tahra. He would be safe. But he was travelling with a party. Soon enough, they would have to find out as well. But for now, it would remain between him and Tahra.

He couldn't remember if anything about going anywhere was mentioned earlier, since he was too drunk to have remembered anyway. He had no idea where they were headed. He also had no idea where the others were. He stood up and stretched, his body still aching horribly. Him and Tahra could talk more about his disguise later, for now, he would just ask important questions. "So where exactly are we headed, and where are the others? ...Forgive me if you've already talked about this...I was to drunk, or to unconscious to remember.." He gave out a weak laugh.

Sorry if Jaques's awakening was too soon or unrealistic. I'm also underaged to drink so I have no idea what it's like to be drunk or to have a hangover. I just though it was an appropriate time since @shisa mentioned disguise.

There had been a siege on the castle by demon lords. The entire royal family was imprisoned and the kingdom of Borbia was being consumed by evil forces. The princess, Sera, attempted escape, only to be caught again by the dark forces

"What do you want with my kingdom and my family?!" growled the girl.

There were five demon lords in the room. One answered,"We will free your kingdom and your family, but in return, you must collect the five Crystaline Amulets. Only then will your kingdom and your family be freed."

"The Crystaline Amulets? But aren't those a myth?! How will I find them?"

The demons presented the princess with a scroll.

"This will give you hints on where to find them."

The girl studied it.

"Colier's cave...? But that's all the way in Flargon! Wait, why do you even want these amulets?!"

"Do you want to save your kingdom?"

"Well...Yes. Yes I do."

"Then good luck, Princess Sera."

Before she could say anything, Sera was teleported out of the castle by the demons. She now stood in front of it. It had a gloomy look to it now, and the skies were darker. She glanced at her scroll and sighed. She wouldn't be able to save her kingdom alone.

The current setting...

It had now been a few days after the demon lords took over the kingdom of Borbia. The sky had been gloomy and the weather had been crazy. There were great winds, devastating storms, earthquakes, and more. Sera had managed to gather four people to come along. The party had barely gotten to know eachother and were more focused on finding an appropriate shelter, which was an abandoned hobbit hole.

"Okay...", began the princess who was settling down,"So..If you haven't yet noticed, Borbia is in danger. I thank all of you with every ounce of gratitude that i have for agreeing to join me in rescuing my kingdom...I also apologize for not giving much detail on the trials we are about to be facing. There are five dungeons that contain the Crystaline amulets. Why the demons need them, i know not, but as far as i know, they are the only key to rescuing my kingdom. Now that we are safe, we can get to know eachother better and you may ask me questions. WHether i know the answer or not, i will do my best."

Armor pieces: (check off with an [x] if you have it. roll a 1d6 and then determine if it is leather, metal, or something higher. Add 1 to your number rolled if it is leather, add two if it is metal, add three if it is something higher, put this number next to the [x]. When you roll, put your damage in parentheses and write in how you will have performed your attack based on your damage.

you are able to make any relationships you want with any character from npc to fellow pc. a little romance(no sex) and rivalry (not extreme) is great!

@Lady Athena your character can be from anywhere. I am adding that to the improved CS. I am going to post the roleplay soon! But the roleplay will not begin right away. I will tell you why in the post.

After maybe a few minutes, Jaques woke up with a splitting headache, letting out a pained groan. He felt horribly nausious. He waited for everything to be less of a blur, before realizing he had no idea where he was. At that point he began to panic, but then remembered the faces, remembered pouring his second drink, and then the rest was a complete blur. He opened his mouth to say something, but quickly turned around and hurled.

He guessed that he passed out. But he hoped he hadn't revealed anything important about himself. "...Where are--" He realized his voice was a bit higher. he quickly fixed that by faking a cough and continuing in a lower, more forced tone,"Where are we..? How much did i miss..?" That was a stupid question. He most likely missed a lot. Great. Before thinking more, he let out another groan and held his head. His head hurt. His muscles hurt. He made a horrible mistake.

The dullahan's joke made the the boy let out a hardy laugh after hearing it. "HA Ha haa....That'ss the funniesst thing i hearrd alll day! But imma do what imma want! Y'know whyy?? Cuz imma f***in princcessss!" Yep. Of course, from how the kid said it, just made him sound like the blackout drunk that he was, so it didn't sound serious. "Annd thiss princessss..hic...iss gonnna find m'sself aa chamber pot. And with that, he stumbled out of the room, found a chamber pot. there were distant sounds of hurling.

maybe after a few minutes, he stumbled along back. "WhoOO that felllt awfulll" He announced. The world began to soon spin more than it had been in his eyes as he collapsed to the floor, passing out. Thank goodness. If he stayed awake any longer he was probably going to be headed for another drink.

After that performance, the boy began to clap over enthusiastically. Jaques was being over enthusiastic about everything. He let out some praises like,"Oh OH that wasss beautiful!" And things similar to that.

When he saw the princess and the man enter, he called out,"Oh hey princesssss and friend..!!" After she spoke, he then said obnoxiously,"I tthink I wannna sstay here..and parrrty!! I feeel grreat!"

When the merchant then offered the princess a drink, he ran up beside the woman and began to chant enthusiastically,"Yeaah princcesss!! Chug it chug it chug it!!! It'sss yer birrthday!!!"
