When you want to join an RP of a particular theme, but no threads for it exist, and you doubt it'd be all that popular if you were to make your own thread for said theme.

Some fucking idiot who probably isn't worth thinking about all that seriously. He is a 23 24 year old doofus situated somewhere on the planet and studying International Relations at some university. He is fond of history, militaria, fiction, vidya, tabletop wargaming, comic books, and writing in third person. Oh, and he seemingly likes talky-walky animal people as well. We have no idea what the hell is up with that nonsense. He has diagnosed mental problems, so maybe that's got something to do with it.
He probably isn't a robot or a German IRL. However, we cannot be certain.
He likes a variety of different RPs, and is thus liable to show up anywhere, anytime. As a general rule, he isn't particularly keen on fandom RPs, but you never know; there may be some day be an exception.

@Vocab Oh me oh my. Hopefully it doesn't come to Zachary taking him on a lot of plane trips :P
@Vocab Yeah, I figured he'd probably gotten over it long ago, hence the "If." In fact, I had him figured for being full-blown sociopathic, and they generally don't really feel much fear or anxiety at all. Pretty much wholly impulsive and have little concept of risk. But then again, I'm no psychologist, and might be wrong on that stuff.

I think the trick with Zachary is that Echo would be less trying to appease to him as such, but instead presenting himself as innocuous and commonplace as possible, I suppose. This would simultaneously appeal to his notions of what an ideal human should be (straightforward, upstanding, etc.), and also help keep his piercing attention away from and off of Echo. Even if he did put his focus on Echo for whatever reason, he probably couldn't unravel the full picture from his powers alone. He would get the feeling that something is off and not what it seems, but he wouldn't be able to piece together what that aberrant something is. If Echo actually feels anxiety or even dread about being found out, he would probably be able to pick up on that after prolonged exposure, but that still wouldn't really give him ideas of what he was hiding or why.
@Vocab Yes indeedy! I'm probably not going to have my first post up until tomorrow at the earliest, so there's plenty of time to discuss this stuff still.

Oh, I understood that. His torturing is just for rounding up those who get away, yeah. Or finding where others are hiding when bringing in new subjects for the scientists.
As for asking for consent, sure thing. I didn't expect anything otherwise, haha. It's good practice to run serious stuff relating to people characters by their players anyway.
