Bump!
Lets start this off from the top. I'm a 29 year old happily married man who enjoys roleplaying of all different stripes and types. In the past I've written fantasy, romance, science fiction, horror, adult, and fandom based roleplay. I've even mixed and matched most of the above ;) What I love more than anything is an engaging story, with a good partner. I prefer 1x1 for simplicity's sake (multiple player roleplays always turn out a mess for me) and prefer MxF pairings for the most part. Also, although I'm posting some plot ideas, please feel free to suggest your own. I'm pretty flexible, but I do prefer longer posts, of at least a few paragraphs apiece. What you provide for me, is what I write for you.

Current plot ideas:

The Bounty Hunter
Set in the Star Wars univerce, I'd play a bounty hunter who gets way in over his head on a seemingly simple assignment, and ends up having to team up with your character to make it out alive. I'm not too strict on Star Wars canon, I just want a fun Space Opera romp, with some unlikely romance thrown in for fun.

Blood & Madness
Know anything about Vampire the Masquerade? Malkavians? If not, thats cool, you'll be learning about both the hard way :D My pet vampire Wade is looking for a new child, and intends to have some fun with the embrace and 'housebreaking' of his offspring. Expect blood, sex, and violence, some SubxDom overtones, and a vampire that is way too crazy for his own good. Want the Vampire without the crazy? Let me know what you have in mind, and I might have an alternate plot in mind.
TAKEN

Supervillain
I'd like to do a superhuman plot, in the vein of Smallville, but with a vastly different setting. My Clark analogue is not a nice person, and uses his abilities in some distinctly villainous ways. I'm looking for girl who would be interested in taking a walk on the wild side. Superpowers for both would be fun, but I'm open to other ideas.

Gene-pool
I'd like to do a Deadpool centric plotline, with myself as the main character, and an OC as a woman that Deadpool runs into in the course of one of his assignments, and decides that she needs saving. Deadpool is all about whacky hijinks, so I'd like a good sense of humor out of my partner. As the name implies, I'd also love to having a mutant as his counterpart.

More to come...
I like to balance rewards in my campaigns around the characters, and not just a flat amount. It makes sense to me that in a encounter dealing with traps and thievery, the thief's skills would be called more to the fore, and that they would receive a proportionally higher cut of the take. In universe is also makes more sense to me. It does have potential to create in game tension between characters, but that can also be a good thing, in measured quantities.

One problem I've had with reward systems is that my players are far, far too miserly. Simply put, my players would sooner starve to death than spend one cent of gold on food. It creates some problems for getting them to spend their gold, and not just hoard it to ridiculous levels.
For what its worth, I like your multiple GM approach to the storytelling. That seems like a gem of an idea. Combat and stats though? Yeah, I'd tend to agree with Primal's input. Playing truly random characters is almost inevitably an issue for roleplayers. I think you'd do better to invest some time into learning D&D, and adapting a specialized campaign around that.

For what its worth, 5e has a free starter set:

Its a really easy system to use, and even if you don't want to actually use it, their character creation is simple, and very refined. An enterprising roleplayer could mine it for all sorts of ideas.
Which edition do you prefer?
Greetings and Salutations,
My name is Zod, and I will be your newbie for the day :)

I really hate doing introductions, so I'll make this very simple. I enjoy comic books, video and tabletop games, and good writing. Once I've got my feet under me, you can expect an interest check of one kind or another.
