@RhineQueen“Of course... names, I knew i was forgetting something” Tristan laughed lightly. “My name is Tristan Jay, explorer and finder of fortune, and its a pleasure to meet both of you.” He said smiling. Tristan Grabbed a chair turning it around so that he could sit with his arms and head resting on the back of it.

“How much are the drinks here, if you don't mind my asking?” Tristan said looking to Emmanuel and wondering whether his new coin purse had enough to to cover it.
“So long as the pay is fair,” Tristan said grasping Emmanuel hand, “And if the rumors are true I imagine the pay will very good.” He said taking a seat at the table.

Looking at the man before him Tristan could tell he was a man who know how to make money. He just had a look of someone who knew how to find a deal. On any other day this, Emmanuel would be just another target, but if the rumors of the bunker were true Tristan would never have to steal again.

“So tell me, what do you expect to find where this star fell?” Tristan asked with a smile.
Tristan walked through the Hollister market, looking from one small stall to the next he couldn't help but smile. As he looked through the small crowd he knew he probably would not make it out of here much richer, but every little bit counts.

“pardon me” Tristan said as a large man ran into him on the street “I wasn't paying attention to were I was going”.

“Watch it!” The man yelled as he shoved Tristan out of his way. Tristan's smile grew wider as he heard the Man begin haggling with a shifty looking man behind a stall

Pocketing the small sack of money, Tristan slipped into the small in he had heard about. He fought to suppress a giggle as the mans shouting was cut off by the door shutting. Looking through the bar he began moving to the back to the man who seemed to be waiting for something.

“Hello,” he said walking up to the mans table. “Are you the one putting together a team for the star that fell up in the mountains”?

Personality: Tristan is very slow to anger. His choice of career has taught him to avoid negative attention. He's learned over the years if someone likes you they are less likely to suspect it was you who made off with their wallet. He loves the challenge of stealing, from casing out a house to nicking a coin purse, it's fun to not get caught.

History: Born to the slave of a small time bandit clan, Tristan was the fourth person they had “caught" that year. He spent the first 12 years of his life little more then a pack mule. A chance to escape presented itself when a raid went wrong and most of the bandit clan fell to gunfire.Escaping was much easier with only a few guard left alive, Tristan even had time to “borrow” the chiefs necklace before he ran headlong into the desert. He was nearly dead of thirst when he came upon a town, only to learn that life as a slave doesn't leave you with many job opportunities. Turning to the one option every street urchin has he began to steal.

Extra: He enjoys making jerky.
If you don't mind a filthy sneak thief joining the crew.

Jeremiah sat in stunned silence for several minutes after the class had been let go. He looked towards Kasha as he got up "This has to be a prank they play on the first years, right?" he laughed halfheartedly. "No i think they are serio..." Kasha stopped as did Jeremiah as the listened to the strange squealing that approached them. By far the strangest elf he had met (The list consisted of two.) hopped in front of him. "My name is Mortia. is that a cat, may i pet her?" The elf reached out his hand towards Kasha who swatted him away. "First, I'm not a cat I'm a demon and second, no you may not pet me."

Mortia continued to smile at the cat "Oh I'm sorry, you still look like a cat though." he said with a smile. Jeremiah liked this new elf especially how he annoyed Kasha. "My names Jeremy and this," He said with a small flourish. "is Kasha".

Jeremiah and Mortia spoke for several more minutes until Jeremiah found the elf he was actually looking for. "Loreal," Jeremy asked walking up to her. "I was just wondering if they normally played this prank on the first years". Kasha Laughed at him again. Jeremiah continued to smile, "I mean there is no way they could expect students three days in to survive a labyrinth right?" He asked, Trying to keep his voice from showing the panic that had started to build.

As Jeremiah spoke to Loreal, Mortia continued to stare at Kasha, A battle of wills had begun.

"Please Kasha?"
"No."
"pretty please?"
"Nope."
"Come on please let me pet you."
"Not gonna happen."

Kasha finished the conversation by fleeing into Jeremiah's bag Leaving Mortia standing there.
I'm interested.
It's not letting me on either. I guess the sites broken.
Jeremiah laid in his bed staring up at his ceiling. He had awoken an hour ago but hadn't felt the need to get up yet. That changed with the growling coming from his stomach. "Fine, you win." He said getting up and slipping into his uniform. "Kasha wake up." he said to the cat dozing on the side of his bed. "Kasha come on." Still she would not answer. Finally he leant down right by her head and yelled "breakfast!" She shot from the bed and made it to the far end of the room before she understood what was happening."You didn't have to yell!" She hissed at him as he finished putting on his jacket. "So you don't want any breakfast?" He asked as the cat huffed. She stared daggers at him a few moments longer and then finally relented. "Alright lets go." She said climbing on top of his shoulders.

It took Jeremiah quite awhile to actually find his way to the cafeteria asking directions from the few students he had found awake he managed to make his way there. Sitting down with a plate of eggs and toast he passed a small bowl of sausages over to Kasha who happily began to dig in. "You know your really aren't that different from a normal cat." He said staring at her destroying her sausage. " Really, how many cats have gotten you into a prestigious academy in the past?" She retorted before resuming her attack on the sausage." I guess that's fair enough." He said while finishing the last bites of his eggs.

By the time the two had finished eating and began the trek to the classroom it had begun to snow. "It's too cold!" Kasha complained as she jumped from Jeremiah's shoulder and slid into his bag. As he made his way through the doors he saw his bag slowly moving in and out, "She's asleep again?" He whispered to himself "she really is just like a normal cat.

Jeremy managed to sit down with plenty of time to spare as he watched other students filing in. He listened to the other students give there names and tried his best to remember them he knew he would have to ask a few of them again. When it came to his turn he stood up as the students before them had and smiled. "My name is Jeremiah Ellison, I'm from Earth and..." Jeremy tried to think of something interesting that wasn't too close to home. "I work at a nice bar?" He finished his statement as more of a question sitting back down nervously.
"It was no trouble, really." Jeremiah said. "I should probably hurry up ,I can't imagine Mr. Feathers wants a new room mate." He laughed as he laid her bags down. "It was nice meeting you hope you have a good day. He said as he began to run back down the hall towards the elevator." Bye bye, elf!" Kasha yelled from his shoulder, "Kasha be nice, her name was Loreal." He chastised the cat as he hit the button to summon the elevator.

Jeremiah did not pay any attention to any of the other students as he made his way to the building that would be his home for the next year. A glance was enough to tell him not too much had changed as he went into the first year dorms. "good the building has pretty much the same layout" he said as the elevator opened before him. "My good sir top floor please." he said to himself laughing as the elevator dinged shut and began to ascent. He began walking down the hall checking each door as he went, "nope nope locked locked nope yes!" He whooped victoriously as he found an open room. "Definitely smaller than second years'" Jeremy said laying his bag on the bed. "It's Bigger then our room at the bar. Kasha said as she hopped onto the mattress and stretched out.

"There is only one thing left to check" he said stepping over to the window. As he gazed out over the school grounds he smiled, "I was right the view is amazing".
