Okay I owe you all an appology. Many stuff happened here at home at once.

1-I got sick, really sick.
2-I had an important exam comming up, I was studying like shit.
3-My internet wasn't working.

A Certain Academic City

It was finally Sunday, all homework he had to do was already done, all of his duties for now were complete, Hibiki had the rest of the day free, what meant one more day wandering around the city, to watch and portray what he saw. He looked around his dorm, while the rest of it was tidy, the living room was a complete mess, there were canvases all around painted or not, along with ink of the most different colors and some brushes on the ground.

He should probably stay and organize all of that, but he decided to have some fun on his way that day.

Some time later he found himself walking around the Furiai Plaza, next to the Crepe Rablm where he saw the famous Misaka Mikoto, the 3rd level 5 of Academy City, the Railgun, along with a friend, his thoughts were "It isn't everyday you see a level 5.", and so he grabbed his sketch book, picked a seat at a bench and started transcripting the scene to the paper with some amazing detail.

He was there, drawing in silence, almost invisible to the people around, when the tragic episode of the coin happened, he wanted to laugh, but kept that inside his head, the poor Kuroko had lost her food, he actually wanted to buy another one for them but he was too shy for that and didn't want to look like a creep, well the least he could do was to grab some napkins for them.

Hibiki stood up directing himself to the Crepe Rablm, asking for the napkins urgently, after getting them, he walked to their table, he wasn't sure about how to approach them actually.

The boy walked towards with the napkins on one hand and his sketchbook under his arm. Without a single word, he handed them out to Kuroko while lowering his head, being too nervous to interact with someone he didn't know very well.

Something I've realized going over CSes now that the game is up: Micchy shouldn't really be in a position to do anything. This takes place 100 years after the riders did the great sealing bit, that'd make Mitsuzane like 120 years old at a bare minimum so his involvement in anything should probably not be a thing. Kouta I could sort of understand.

I mean, he became god specifically to make sure Helheim doesn't bother Earth anymore and took the portion of it connected to the planet into the ass ends of the universe while The Snake buggered off to make a new Forbidden Fruit elsewhere, so random cracks shouldn't be a thing anymore. But that can kind of be handwaved by a mixture of the seal weakening Kouta and Mirai Shocker trying to open pathways into the forest. I don't think Mitchy should be there, doing things when he's at the very least 120 years old unless he became Grape Lord or something, tho.

...I can't believe I let that pass. But yea, Psyga already got the solution though, so it's fine. Make that another Kureshima.

Also, @Zobozun in your post you say that the city has no existing roads leading to it and it doesn't appear in census but, I mentioned in the starter, it attracted turists. Well...we could say the roads were closed though.

So... Shocker just instantaneously conquered this one random city for no reason? No intrigue, no buildup, no resistance, just "SHOCKER NOW OWNS IT DAILY COMBATMEN PARADE IN THE STREETS"? You might have wanted to wait to discuss this post with your Co-GM really. This is kind of... well, it just feels awkward and restrictive.

Okay, I didn't explain pretty much anything yet about the plot yet on purpose. But...let me tell you what I had in mind: The city wasn't exactly random, it was built on the same place the seal was made 100 years ago, it happened to be the first place they appeared, and since it is a big and important city, why not dominate it? Now, about the abducting, they are raising their numbers by transforming the citizens in monsters of all sorts, spread them across the land until the planet is entirelly filled with them.

On the other hand, you are right, I should have discussed this and I appologize, I'm new to being a GM, so as I said in the Interest Check, I will commit mistakes and I appologize for that, please be patient with me.
