disclaimer -- this is the raw idea; the essential thought. Feel free to comment below what you believe should be possibly added, taken out, or perhaps even changed. if we get at the least six towards seven people to support this, i'll create the full thread. if you'd enjoy, feel free to pm me if you'd like to partake in the decoration/ design of the page. ^^

thousands of years into the future, somebody forgot to keep track. Somebody forgot to keep track of the date, thus becoming a blur of time. Thousands of years into the future, life has obtained its rightful place. Animals flourish, humans a measly tale told to the children as they spring and play. The humans are no more. They've been no more for many, many decades now. Something to do with the glorious thought of population, dying out from lack of space, food, and culture to actually keep that at bay. Leaving this world for the flea-bitten, mangled, and heart-broken. This world was their oyster. And they surely made it theirs.

Canines are most notably common. Carrying the wealth, and obtaining the majority of the land shared throughout canine and feline. The felines the most familiar within the tasks of bartering, selling, entertaining, and finding. The dogs were the first to evolve. Starting with a little collie boy whom grew strong, and healthy. Learning to do simple tasks such as stand upon two legs, walk, run, and play. This young boy now coming to be known as a legend; a savior. Told among kingdom to kingdom. To both cat and dog, about how eating right and all that jazz could lead to great things.

And that whole spiel.

The felines were the second to come of this age. Granted, it didn't take them long to catch on to this roll of the tides. Within just a century, feline and canine coming to partake in their own kingdom. Which, is where you come in.

Light traces of structural adequacy can still be found. Perhaps buildings that were made of heavier compound could be seen with three standing walls. Or maybe just a crumbled square where a good maybe fourth can be located. With decades worth of curiosity, many have rebuilt a somewhat sound environment. A trading system apparent in day-to-day life. A schooling and educational program now available to the more wealthy of crowds; and so on. However, there's something more.

We're all still animals here. Fur clothes us, so cloth doesn't. We dry meat, rather than freeze it. Chemicals are of no interest to the majority. We carry bags of woven bark in order to give back to the community, or bring traded goods back. But, what happens when, much like centuries, and centuries ago, we run out of food?

notes --
  • animals are anthropomorphic/ bipetal.
  • a trading route between three kingdoms in the eastern hemisphere will be situated. [ new-york; virginia; kentucky; etc. ] however, most of this partakes in and around virginia.
  • this will be based soulfully with canines and felines. no horses or birds; perhaps.
  • since normal dogs don't typically wear clothes, these animals don't either. they have fur, so they don't require clothing.
  • life expectancy for canines is 0-36 years. for felines, it's 0-41 years.
  • food consists of meats, grains, scarce vegetables, and fruits.
  • some of the jobs that canines or felines may be able to have are like the modern ones in normal society. but, slightly slimmed. wardens are like policemen, that also work fires, and moderate towards small treatments of doctoral services. medics are to only help those that can be saved. even so, there's yet to be any anesthetic or painkillers created, or any really predictable type of them. the government is something short of a council. made up of two felines; a male and a female. and two canines; male and a female. than a president voted on by the people. canine or feline, male or female. german shepherd or collie, siamese or ragdoll; doesn't matter. etc.
  • over population acts will be placed into account for this. what they'll be doing; I'm unsure of. and that's pretty much something i'd enjoy discussing with someone. pm me. ^^
  • food cannot be frozen or preserved in any way besides being dried; like jerky.
  • the living era can easily be compared to the early colonial days.
  • the educational system is mostly teaching children how to write in picture-like symbols; like hieroglyphics; speak within two languages, modern, and civilized; along with ways of the hunt, and profession. feline children are taught to work with the trade of bartering, physical education/ heath, and salesmanship. while canines are taught of leading, hunting, and most notably showmanship.
  • both canine and feline stand most often on their hind legs; up straight. however, they can very easily transition to their primitive four paws. but, some may feel a tad disoriented, or awkward when first transitioning after a while.

Salutations? I've joined not too long ago. At the time of writing this, I'm probably just a few minutes old, account-wise. I've been roleplaying socially for about two years now. And, I am certainly glad to be here. I've been looking for a site like this, and it seems cool. I guess any of ya'all can shoot me a PM if you ever wish to roleplay. I'm open the majority of the time. And I'm open for pretty much any plot, topic, or theme. As long as I don't have to play an inanimate object, a pirate, or a horse. Because, trust me, I suck at those. x3

Anyway; deuces.
