@ShadowcatcherEnough to sense others and make energy blast, though they won't do much damage, focusing more on knocking the opponent backwards. He can learn more as time progresses, but as of now, still kind of a novice.
I would need some kind of story of how he trained and with whom written at some point in the IC. Make it good and I'll allow it, yes.
