Yeah, if he decides to combine the two he can probably do that, but he never did it... but he could. He's fucking BROKEN if he catches you. Shit's absurd. A shadow can act without him physically moving, but he still needs to be in a position to maintain the jutsu. He can probably turn someone into swiss cheese. That make sense?

I can do it unless you want to do it and end with Botan heading for the pool. It's up to me from here. My next YYH post is gonna be fairly big I imagine.

Ron can like... fuck off. I have no attachment to him, nor do I care if he gets married. So if Cho can stop whining about Cedric long enough to hit it off with another guy, by all means, let RonCho happen!

No need to rush it. When he gets back she can approach him about it, which would give Shikamaru enough alone time to continue training with his father. He came a LONG way from merely binding someone in Part 1.

LMFAO JESUS GEN, SHE DOESN'T NEED TO DIE!... She just needs to be as irrelevant as she always was. Unless Harry's forming a rebellion or they're with the Weasley's, I don't see why Hermione and Harry would really need her to be around in a story. Jesus Ino is such a wingwoman for these two xD but eventually something's going to slip through and she'll be doubting the entire thing. Just a matter of what. As for the juicy details, I think she'd go to Sakura more than Shikamaru, as the latter wasn't really willing to give her more than she needed to know. I think Ino's necessary for the two, but for obvious reasons she'll stick to Sakura more since she has a feminine eye and won't hold much back.

I was young when I read the final book, and not much of a writer as I am now, but the final pairings made me question just what Rowling was thinking. I'd let them believe whatever they want, since it doesn't get in the way of what I believe and what I see. And what I see is, no way in hell did Hermione and Ron make an awesome match.

They NEVER talked beyond life-or-death missions, so I think by spending more time together they find they have shared interests. Shikamaru is encouraged to continue to work hard, and Sakura is encouraged to stop and look at the clouds every now and then. Shit happens. They realize that this feels more RIGHT than they thought.

Flirting and foreplay?... See, once you start reading for pairings rather than development and the interaction, you say dumb shit like that. I NEVER got the impression that their arguments were flirty. Ron could say some hurtful shit and be unapologetic about it for the longest. Hermione didn't hurt anyone that didn't deserve it, like Malfoy's nose.

Ino's not dumb so yeah, in time it'll start to eat at her. The thing about the false relationship is that one of them ends up liking the other, but until that time I think there's a smokescreen of lies that Ino's trying to look through. Until one of them starts feeling something real, it'll never really be convincing, and I think once Shikamaru isn't just PRETENDING he'd be more impressive to her.

So, Ino should use this time to realize that Shikamaru is actually capable of being a boyfriend, something she didn't actually give thought to prior to this moment. However, developing feelings shouldn't come until they work together as a unit later on; he's on her radar now, more than before, so Sakura did her job well.

Shikamaru and Sakura do genuinely get along, and I think she'd just need to convince the one that does not see that at the time. Shikamaru is infatuated with Ino now, but he'd have more fun doing nerd shit with Sakura than doing anything Ino actually likes doing. I see Sakura enjoying clouds, but I don't see Ino enjoying them as much. etc etc.

That works just fine for me. Ino's enthusiasm is probably because she's glad for Sakura, but she'll eventually start wondering just how it all happened. I know you wanted her to become skeptical of it, but I couldn't find the investigative mood where we are now. I figure it would come a tad later. She's jealous though, I just didn't really get into that since I was merely borrowing her.
