Hello, I'm Vernal and never go into trying out combat rps before. I've been roleplaying for years, and I'm confident enough in my writing abilities, but I'm aware that different types of rps have different rules, so if anyone want to show me how it's done, feel free to contact me! Anyways, I do have a concept I would like to try out that involves a (young for now) man in a medieval fantasy setting.
My idea and craving is thus: I want to develop a characters from ground up through fight scenes, from his debut sparring with wooden swords to hopefully epic fights he may have with various foes and rivals. While I'll be playing around with him with non-arena rps, I still hope for a minimum of context to each battle, so that the stakes are higher.
For that idea, I'm looking for many opponents, with a great variety of experience and power levels. Would anyone be game to teach me?
