【Additional Appearance Info: Standing at 5'5 and weighing 125 lbs, Kage's form is pale and lithe, his mask possessing no holes for eyes or mouth. His arms and legs are relatively thin, and his torso follows suit, possessing relatively narrow shoulders and hips he is not an intimidating figure to look at. Often walking with a slouch—when he does walk—Kage, despite his lithe form, does possess some natural weapons, which take the form of the narrows claws on his hands and feet. Beyond this there is only one thing of note, and this is the jet black, cloth-like material which lays in tatters that constantly drape his form. This tattered garment, as it were, has unearthly properties, its like being so black as to appear that one could fall into it as they would the depths of the ocean...or perhaps the void of space. Additionally, it should be noted that—despite his seeming lack of facial features—the Vasto Lorde is capable of spontaneously opening his mask to form both mouth and eyes. 【Personality: Kage is a strange enigmatic thing, tending to spend its time sitting wherever it can find solace and the peace that comes with the absence of others. He prefers to be alone, and prefers to go unmolested, as he keeps to himself. In this way he often appears to be quite the lazy bastard, and yet...he has attained a level of evolution that belies that fact. In truth, the hollow is merely a highly thoughtful and inquisitive individual who sees little point in interacting with others of its own kind—largely due to their violent nature. Having attained the height of naturally possible evolution, Kage has lost much of its drive to devour others to obtain ever more power. Instead the hollow binges, often starving himself for a long...long time before devouring hundreds of thousands of hollows in what one could describe as the most calm rampage they'll ever witness.

In all things, this hollow is calm and pensive, being one who takes little joy in activity, finding enjoyment only in the silence of his own mind...and more rarely in conversation with others. Oddly, despite having encountered beings of all persuasions—shinigami included—Kage has almost wholly failed to grasp the reason as to why people might come to hate him. While he fully understands why hollows are hated, reviled, and hunted in general...it just doesn't click for him as to why they must all be treated as such. Still, despite having seen his kin slaughtered by the dozens, he fosters no resentment for either humanity or the so-called shinigami.

As one would think of a being having reached the peak of hollow evolution, Kage possesses a good measure of confidence, but unlike many Vasto Lorde, he does not consider himself the most powerful among his kind and holds little care for status or rank. Instead, Kage puts value in the actions, words, and thoughts of others, caring more about how people see the world than where fate has placed them within it. Beyond this there are few further facts of note about this Vasto Lorde...except perhaps what the hollow refers to only as Sueño.

In short, Sueño is Kage's repressed violence, hunger, and malevolence, which dwells beneath a vast sea of silence and calm. Sueño is seldom seen by the world, and could be considered a separate personality from Kage. Where the latter is a serene and pensive being, Sueño is an instinct driven monstrosity, with little care for the thoughts, feelings, or lives of others. It is a persona bound by instinct and insatiable hunger. To Kage, it is a necessary evil, the antithesis of his typical persona, something which exists to balance him and to keep him sated. Typically, this other persona is only seen in three forms, either when Kage exits a long period of fasting to binge on any and all he can find; in times of great stress or emotion; and of course—though in a more controlled fashion—through his unique ability.

Qveenarion: Friend/Rival/Little Enigma

Another Vasto Lorde, one who gained his respect, Kage sees Qveenarion as an intriguing specimen. A Little Enigma, as it were. Something not wholly beyond explanation, but still not entirely understood. He sees her as something of a friend, something of a rival due to their similar nature, but most of all she is kin. She is one of like mind. An odd sort, forced to live and survive, to cope with a torturous existence even if she does not quite see it that way. He hopes that she will survive long enough to outlive her naivety, but he stakes little on the chance knowing how often hollows die...and are subsumed by their next of kin. Nonetheless...it is his wish that she is among the lucky few who escape such a fate. Only time will tell.

A relaxed and pensive being, Kage prefers not to fight unless absolutely necessary so it stands to reason that his relaxed nature carries over somewhat to his style of combat. Essentially, the Vasto lorde is an almost endless font of energy, primarily using non-physical means to eliminate any threats to his person--or to hunt. He will use the extreme causticity of his reiatsu, his incredible control, and his rather frightening unique ability to defend and attack in equal parts--while utilizing his body only if forced to do so. Due perhaps both to his lax nature and lack of considerable durability, Kage prefers not to use his body at all if he can help it. However, if he should be forced to fight in close quarters his strength will surprise his opponents where his actual skill in melee fails. This when combined with his ability to amplify his physical durability with both his reiatsu and unique ability--in a fashion--can result in a similarly terrifying experience.

Of course...this is Kage's preferred method of combat. Sueño on the other hand prefers to get messy, closing the distance between an opponent and itself to tear into them and anchor them in place, while using Umbral Visage, the causticity/toxicity of its reiatsu and likely more than a few cero to obliterate all those who stand before it. Where Kage is cunning and has a mind for tactics--not that he always uses them--Sueño is a violent instinct-driven monster with a beastial aggression, and a tendency towards unrelenting, overwhelming assaults. In this, as in most things, the two persona are drastically different as one would expect.

Kosui seiryoku(_狡い勢力 'Insidious power'): Mask(4); Reiatsu(4); Hunger(5); Instinct(5).

As per both the nature of Kage's unique power and the way in which he has developed during his time as a hollow, this ability has made itself known. In essence, Kosui seiryoku is the result of a hollow possessing terrifying levels of hunger coupled with dangerous levels of toxicity in regards to their reiatsu. When coupled with an ability to control their reiatsu, this becomes not just a passive effect, which eats away at all around them, and can instead become a directed skill—which is how it now manifests for Kage. This ability effectively allows Kage to easily control the shape and toxicity of his reiatsu, so as to not harm others...or to dissolves them with little physical effort.

Cero distraido('Indistinct hollow flash'): Mask(4); Power(3+); Instinct(5); Hollow Power(3+); Reiatsu(4).

An often fatal ability, Cero distraido takes on the form of a sphere with a maximum diameter of three feet. This sphere spins at a gradual rate, with two small extensions of energy turning as it does so, making its appearance almost reminiscent of a hurricane. Typically a light blue, this cero becomes darker and smaller the more power is channeled into it. When released, the cero briefly creates an intense flash of blue light, before outright vanishing altogether. In the moments that follow, whatever stands within its intended trajectory is violently struck/burned, provided they are strong enough to resist it. Even if they are above this number, so long as their scores remain below 5 they are almost sure to take a measure of damage, which will take the form of chemical burns as if an acid had struck them with the force of a truck. As such, unprepared individuals can be sent flying by the attack, and those too weak to withstand it, will be outright vaporized. While the attack appears invisible, it is detectable as its seeming disappearance is the result of the initial reiryoku being suddenly converted into reiatsu in a violent and directed fashion.

Note: To properly resist this ability and not be vaporized, requires that a shinigami have resilience or reiatsu scores at 3 or above; Hollows on the other hand must have at least two of the following stats above 3: Reiatsu, Integrity, Power, or Form. Some exceptions surely exist.

Cero alevoso('Treacherous hollow flash'): Power(3+); Reiatsu(5); Integrity or Hollow Power 4.

Initializing this technique by first forming a Cero, or in Kage's case, a Cero distraido, a hollow may then pour a significant portion of reiryoku into the attack, condensing it into a tiny marble-sized ball of energy in the palm of their hand. The hollow must then position their hand as if gripping a weapon, before creating a shell with their reiatsu. Once this shell is created the hyper condensed cero may be released, causing it to take the shape of the shell. The cero can then be utilized as a weapon or tool and can be released into a tremendous blast at any time.

Ability Description: An ability seldom used, but always seen, Kage's Umbral Visage, is an ability which is fueled by his reiryoku and the reishi he passively or actively draws to it. Typically taking the form of the tattered strips of jet black material which adorn his form, the Umbral Visage is essentially a construct composed of reiryoku-bound reishi, which Kage is capable of altering in function and appearance. As one would expect of something composed of a hollow's bound reiryoku, the Umbral Visage is a caustic and abrasive thing, sheering away at anything it touches aside from its origin. This ability is thus Kage's primary method of consumption, as it allows him to break down and absorb/devour—though at varied rates—anything which makes contact with the material.

While the above are the most commonly seen traits of Kage's unique ability, they are not the whole of it as the truth lies in the Umbral Visage's ability to alter form as well as its core nature as bound reiryoku. Essentially, due to being a part of Kage's spirit, the Umbral Visage contains a share of his personality, though not the one he reveals to the world. No, instead it contains the much dreaded Sueño. As such, the Umbral Visage may act of its own accord, defending Kage and reinforcing or supplementing his own actions, should he choose—or be forced—to fight. Beyond this, all there is to know as that his Umbral Visage has a set range of 5 meters which it cannot exit. This meaning that his ability cannot detach from his body and act autonomously outside of this field, though it can extend up to 10 meters radius so long as it maintains some contact with his form. Lastly, the Umbral Visage's ability to regenerate, add, and alter its form remains dependent on Kage's own regenerative ability as well as the rate at which he consume reishi—resulting in a higher regen factor in the Visage in comparison to his own body. Beyond this...there is little else to say.

When coupled with an ability to control their reiatsu, this becomes not just a passive effect, which eats away at all around them, and can instead become a directed skill—which is how it now manifests for Kage. This ability effectively allows Kage to easily control the shape and toxicity of his reiatsu, so as to not harm others...or to dissolves them with little physical effort.

Cero distraido('Indistinct hollow flash'): Mask(4); Power(3+); Instinct(5); Hollow Power(3+); Reiatsu(4).

An often fatal ability, Cero distraido takes on the form of a sphere with a maximum diameter of three feet. This sphere spins at a gradual rate, with two small extensions of energy turning as it does so, making its appearance almost reminiscent of a hurricane. Typically a light blue, this cero becomes darker and smaller the more power is channeled into it. When released, the cero briefly creates an intense flash of blue light, before outright vanishing altogether. In the moments that follow, whatever stands within its intended trajectory is violently struck/burned, provided they are strong enough to resist it. Even if they are above this number, so long as their scores remain below 5 they are almost sure to take a measure of damage, which will take the form of chemical burns as if an acid had struck them with the force of a truck. As such, unprepared individuals can be sent flying by the attack, and those too weak to withstand it, will be outright vaporized. While the attack appears invisible, it is detectable as its seeming disappearance is the result of the initial reiryoku being suddenly converted into reiatsu in a violent and directed fashion.

Note: To properly resist this ability and not be vaporized, requires that a shinigami have resilience or reiatsu scores at 3 or above; Hollows on the other hand must have at least two of the following stats above 3: Reiatsu, Integrity, Power, or Form. Some exceptions surely exist.

Cero alevoso('Treacherous hollow flash'): Power(3+); Reiatsu(5); Integrity or Hollow Power 4.

Initializing this technique by first forming a Cero, or in Kage's case, a Cero distraido, a hollow may then pour a significant portion of reiryoku into the attack, condensing it into a tiny marble-sized ball of energy in the palm of their hand. The hollow must then position their hand as if gripping a weapon, before creating a shell with their reiatsu. Once this shell is created the hyper condensed cero may be released, causing it to take the shape of the shell. The cero can then be utilized as a weapon or tool and can be released into a tremendous blast at any time.

Ability Description: An ability seldom used, but always seen, Kage's Umbral Visage, is an ability which is fueled by his reiryoku and the reishi he passively or actively draws to it. Typically taking the form of the tattered strips of jet black material which adorn his form, the Umbral Visage is essentially a construct composed of reiryoku-bound reishi, which Kage is capable of altering in function and appearance. As one would expect of something composed of a hollow's bound reiryoku, the Umbral Visage is a caustic and abrasive thing, sheering away at anything it touches aside from its origin. This ability is thus Kage's primary method of consumption, as it allows him to break down and absorb/devour—though at varied rates—anything which makes contact with the material.

While the above are the most commonly seen traits of Kage's unique ability, they are not the whole of it as the truth lies in the Umbral Visage's ability to alter form as well as its core nature as bound reiryoku. Essentially, due to being a part of Kage's spirit, the Umbral Visage contains a share of his personality, though not the one he reveals to the world. No, instead it contains the much dreaded Sueño. As such, the Umbral Visage may act of its own accord, defending Kage and reinforcing or supplementing his own actions, should he choose—or be forced—to fight. Beyond this, all there is to know as that his Umbral Visage has a set range of 5 meters which it cannot exit. This meaning that his ability cannot detach from his body and act autonomously outside of this field, though it can extend up to 10 meters radius so long as it maintains some contact with his form. Lastly, the Umbral Visage's ability to regenerate, add, and alter its form remains dependent on Kage's own regenerative ability as well as the rate at which he consume reishi—resulting in a higher regen factor in the Visage in comparison to his own body. Beyond this...there is little else to say.

Here we go!

First, can you remove the part that says "name" from the top of the CS. Keep the "Hogo-sha," though.

【Additional Appearance Info: Having evolved to this stage Hogo-sha is oddly unique looking. He seems to have almost a liquid like form, and can move way more differently than most Hollows, moving his body almost like a snake can. On all four he stands at about ten feet tall, and on his hind legs that shoots up two feet. He is also not very wide at all. Being smaller than a bus but larger than a truck. The mask doesn’t seem very large but in truth a majority of it is covered up by what appears to be almost hair. It also seems to have a strip appearance as well, the true mystery is where his hollow hole is. Most have never found it due to his entire form being black, but if one were to have enough time, or were lucky enough. They would know his hole is actually in the middle of all the goo like hair. It should also be of note that his tail is the only natural hard surface on him besides his teeth, it is also naturally sharp as well and can cut through solid stone with little effort.

So, as a note, his being at 10 feet tall whilst on all fours is...kind of odd for an Adjucha, especially a Greater Adjucha, which would probably be considerably smaller/more compact. Consider that he'd be 10 feet tall at the back. Which would make him 4 feet taller than a 6 foot man. Take your own height, and then consider how much further up Hogo-sha's back would be from your head.

Additionally, if he stood up on two legs, his being only 2 feet taller than his norm, would make no sense as his height would essentially be the length of his body from hip bone to head, whilst also including the length of the legs he's standing on. Consider that a 10 foot tall creature is gonna have some ludicrously long legs as well and you get a really bizarre, not terribly proportionate, picture.

I'd say make him about 6 feet tall at the back. His height, I imagine, would be considerably taller if he reared up on only his back two legs, but given how his body's put together, I imagine that he can't stand on two legs and keep his balance (due to not enough strength and stability in and around his rearmost legs. So yeah.

As to his hollow hole. It's typically portrayed as just a black circle, but is quite literally a hole that goes straight through some part of a hollow's body. So it would be visible. It might just be small and/or in a place that people don't generally look. So yeah, moving on.

Huh, so yeah, looked everything else over. Your stats check out. The ability is fine, so I guess the appearance and the logistics of that are the only problem I have...which is a weird feeling, but yeah ^^;

So work on/fix that and then I can accept it :)

Alrighty @Xan the G. So the only problem I saw was the following:

The only reason he defected from soul society was because his Captain had done so, but for a man like Xero, that was reason enough.

So, none of the current characters "defected" from soul society. They were defeated and kicked out by other shinigami, calling themselves the Junsei. They did not explain their motive/as to why they were doing it and they were not of any known rebel or opposing faction. They are shinigami, just to make sure that's clear.

so yeah, alter that detail and the above post and then I can accept you ^_^
