6'0 flat, 6'2" with boots on. 38 years old. Roughly this appearance. Doesn't look too dirty but seems rugged. He has a bear's claw talon as a necklace. Made it himself. Physically strong and lean from surviving in the wild.

Background:
He is a Canadian citizen. This is where he began his acts. Small, petty crimes which increased to extreme crimes to the point he is wanted. He ran from Canada and currently resides in a small shelter within the woods. He is on the lam due to his crimes in Canada. He feels confident with having not been caught and intends to use this space as an opportunity to live out terrible crimes.

Personality:
He has a charming switch. He can try to win people over pretty easily which is how he got away with his crimes. If they didn't fall for it then he forced it. He tries to lure them since it would be easier than such a risk from struggle. 
He will always have some sharp weapon in reach. Even if it seems intimidating [habit]. A weakness is that he is on a low diet given his living as a nomad. He'll need to rely more on following and set traps against so much running after. Logic over all physical.

Skills and Abilities:
Appears to know the woods comfortably. How to live in & how to survive. Setting traps, tracking, mapping, shelter & hiding. He is an awarded marksman.

Equipment:
Camping gear designated for the north west region. Colors to blend in with the scenery. Machete, hatchet, fixed blade bowie knife, .22 bolt action rifle. Keeps the rifle at camp. Keeps bear spray, hatchet and machete fixed to his pack. The fixed blade bowie knife on his belt on his back. It isn't visible until he takes his pack off. 

Character Goals:
To hide from law enforcement. To find a victim now that he feels so confident for not being caught from the previous crimes. 

Role in the Story:
Searching the woods for a victim. 

Relationships:
He has stayed superficially confident, sharpening that to lure his victims, but is internally isolated. He has not held any close or long relationships. 

Character Development:
To remain evasive. He will not change his mind or be persuaded. He sees this as what it is. He will not be convinced otherwise. 

Additional Notes:
He will steal from campers to keep himself supplied. He tries to look like the hiking guy and avoid looking too nomad or dirty. Has REI style clothing only because he stole it. He does this to maintain the façade of being normal, kind, trusting.
