Nope because Safe mode wouldn't allow any of that. Believe me I tried repeatedly and even attempted a System restore, but that software wasn't working and I needed to go through even more trouble to attempt to fix that. That and many other methods I tried and Safe Mode stopped most of them (fucking useless). However screwin with the registry editor worked so now I'm back!
