lovely, i'll go back over it again in just a bit =D I'm just about done with my CS and ready to put together the IC, but, I realized something while i was thinking earlier, and this is not a hint that i'm dropping anything, The RP will continue regardless, it's just something i thought important enough to bring up... Anything 'mass effect' is 'not' a one man job! There's so many things to remember and keep track of it makes me brain bleed thinking about how complicated being the one man controlling the NPCs and such could become i the end... So i wanted to present an idea to ease the load without breaking the game or leaving too much on someone else. If anyone is willing to help with the non player side of things, aka, Be a Co-Gm =D My idea is quite simply that we rotate who controls a new NPC of value. Hypothetically speaking with a couple of us that are already here, the example of this would be Me controlling the Council diplomat who'll be the first major npc right at the beginning of the RP [specifically for that reason, but i'd be up for someone else controlling them XD], next may be Drac controlling a CO on his ship or other important NPC on the ship that may be interacting with someone, and then Raddum controlling an important visitor or maybe station security somewhere we're visiting. It'd just be dividing the work based on who's closest to what or what someone is willing to control to make things flow easier, and of course so that there's not just one perspective controlling every character. This is just an idea of course, it may enhance the Experience of the RP, potentially make some scenes take longer but feel more organic, and 'not' implementing it isn't going to hurt a damn thing =3 Also, normal interactions would still be up to the players involved, it wouldn't monopolize the other NPCs that may not warrant Direct GM control.
