The cards presented here seem to be urging you to become more of a decision-maker, as decision-making lies at the core of the Justice card. The presence of The Star suggests that you find it difficult to look towards the future (or at least have in the past), while the Three of Cups and Two of Cups indicate coldness between yourself and those you are close to and those you wish to be close to. It's possible the Justice card is urging you to take control of these issues and sort them out yourself, and to try to get over your difficulty looking towards the future that The Star represents.
