Kyle nodded and went to say something but was cut off by a knock on the door. He went over to it and opened it, finding his sister there. "Fio?" 

Fionna looked up at her brother. "Kyle... Eiko called..."

Kyle looked at her. "What did he say?" 

Fionna bit her lip. "Dad is.....dying...." she said quietly. "He wants us to return as soon as possible...."

Kyle's eyes widened. "No..... He was just... I just... He was fine when I talked with him!" he said surprised. 

Fioona nodded. "Something has happened... They don't know what, but he's on his way out..."

Kyle leaned against the door frame, covering his face with his hand. "Oh god...." he murmured.
