A good majority is MS paint though I do have a secondary program called "Sumopaint" which is how I make the blends and the transparency and perfect resizes. I have to constantly switch from the main PC to the chrome book to make these.

The main Kobold and some image edits are done through paint (the preporary step) than the rest is just days of trying to work with a child's program. I'm still learning as I go and just discovered the transparency thing in Blitz's set.

EDIT: Even so, I'll admit that the Koboldz game we had in oldguild was all MS paint.
