Lets see
Squad One has four I believe, one being the damn Head Captain of course
Squad two has two maybe three if Kaizo is proven innocent
Squad three has well four, one being the captain
Squad four has three, again one being the Captain.
Squad five I think is dead besides Gio.
Squad six has the most with that being five. One being captain.
Squad seven I guess has Kenny.
Squad eight has four I believe, idk Axel confuses me on this a lot XD
Squad nine is dead XD
Squad ten has three
Squad Eleven has two, and maybe two more
Squad Twelve has Three
And squad thirteen has Two or three, one being a Captain.
