@Zero Hex: I will allow Logia types~ But as stated above people need good reasons to have em...just writing "i feel like it" isn´t enough. If someone does want to play as a mayor antagonist i do feel satisfied with him having a logia type~ 
Really it does depend on the player and on what he plans to do with it~

Also i hope more people will join~~~ since regarding on WHAT characters they send in, i already have different plots and possibilities for them~

And do not hesitate to share your plot ideas or the idea for NPC characters~
