Nah that's fine, I was just un-aware of shadow manipulation being that common. My take on the whole thing is entirely different, though harder to explain since my character can't be a half demon. Ok so, basically, his power will be shadow manipulation. Only, he takes it to a entirely new level. He can completely control the shadow's as well as become part of them to some degree, by this I mean he can use the shadows to hide him as well as use them to become tangible to injure people, grab objects, etc. His powers are(were) charged from a few orbs attached to a necklace imbued with demonic/psychic energy. Of course, now it won't be. Any thoughts? This is of course edited since he can't be a half demon, it was much more complex lol.
