Takeshi was becoming awfully restless, and he was by no means tired enough to sleep. It may have been a decent idea to catch some rest though regardless while Shu was out, but he'd not been able to relax enough. Now that his brother had come to he was quite open about being bored, wanting desperately to get out of the room. While there was nothing wrong with traveling the decks while the ship moved he wasn't quite sure what there was to do. Fresh out of ideas he tossed the problem over to his brother, hoping he might have a better idea as how they could entertain themselves. "Yeah, Vegeta took a look and said you just passed out, though he wasn't sure why. As far as he could tell you're not hurt, and his word is good enough for me." Vegeta was the one with the most medical experience after all, and while they could have gone to the newly appointed doctor he trusted his friend's word more than a stranger's. Takeshi didn't know the answer to Shu's question, he wasn't sure either himself. Frowning as he crossed his legs on the bed the Saiyan scratched at his head in thought, "I guess we could look around...? There's still a lot of rooms I haven't been in, there could be something for us to do. And I guess exploring is something in of itself, right?" Plus if nothing else it would kill time until their next meal, whenever that was going to be. Slipping off his bed Takeshi grabbed his boots, carefully sliding them on before beaming at Shu. "Ready to go see what's on the ship?" "We're going to start with some basics today T'charrl. I figured some simple greetings is a good place to start, don't you?" How was he supposed to go about these lessons anyways? No one had even mentioned this until Yumi showed up with T'charrl and told him to teach the Kaesstrian how to speak. Sure, because that wasn't a huge undertaking. He was a scientist, a business man, a medical practitioner and an engineer, but he was NOT a teacher. In spite of his education he wasn't exactly qualified to be teaching anyone anything. Alas, here he was, getting ready to instruct someone how to speak a language completely foreign to them. "Now, I want you to leave your scouter on so you can understand me. I, on the other hand..." he paused, removing his own scouter and laying it on a table, "Won't use mine, so I can judge how you speak. Now... If we start with 'Hello' that should be simple enough..." Again he paused, albeit this time more out of being clueless how to start than anything. Just how in the world did you teach someone to speak anyways? He'd learned by listening, albeit that took a number of years. Frankly if they wanted T'charrl to speak anytime soon that simply wouldn't cut it. "Okay... Well... Hello kind of starts with a breathy 'h' sound..." To make the point Vegeta emulated the noise a few times, feeling a bit awkward as he did so. "You just... Breath out to make the sound... I guess?"
