Hello there and welcome! About me I have been roleplaying for well over 6 years now and while I have been on a hiatus for more than a year I am eager to get back into the game and rekindle my creativity and love for writing. My writing usually consist of anywhere from 400 to over 1,000 words per post, simply depending on my inspiration levels and how much my partner has given me to work with. It is also very discouraging for me to put an immense amount of work into my post and receive little effort in return. I tend to play female main characters, though not out of inability to play males but simply because I have more fun playing them. I also enjoy implementing an array of side characters and oppositions. So while I may focus singularly upon my main character for a while (which I tend to like to do while I am forming and chipping away at their personality) it doesn't mean we wont have plenty going on. A lot of the time I enjoy playing a very feminine and reserved type character. Do. not. assume they are weak or boring or single minded or that they will always be this way. There is nothing that upsets me more than someone telling me they hate feminine characters because they think they're weak. I love obliterating that stigma. I value character development above all else and it is very important to me to play characters that are complex and often times entirely different inwardly than they present themselves. Watching my characters transform into something new based on the situations they have been forced to overcome is absolutely one of my favorite parts of roleplaying along with watching them endure and adapt to the trials we force them through. I hope to find partners who hold these same values. A quick guideline for playing with me

First and foremost, mature themes and maturity. Please be 18+. This means heavy violence, blood, gore, abuse, cursing, intimacy, drugs, alcohol, and whatever the situation may call for will most likely be present throughout our story. I enjoy themes that delve into the darkness of whatever world we are in and the darkness that can also be found inside humans/creatures. I like to apply a heavy dose of realism to my stories, even while in a fantastical universe. I love the gritty and bleak. [/*]
Take care in your writing. Take your time and pay attention to detail. I crave detail and immersion in my stories so it does not bother me having to wait for a beautiful post. Literacy, grammar, punctuation are all very important. [/*]
Communication is a must. I want to be able to build and create a world that we will both enjoy and it's very important we mesh and feel comfortable enough to speak up when we want something or want things to change. [/*]
Please let me know when you will be away for an extended amount of time. I will afford you the same courtesy.[/*]
*Patience and understanding.I have a very busy life and deal with migraines and depression daily. Sometimes I can't post every day and sometimes it will take me even longer, but sometimes I will post multiple times a day to make up for my absence. I need you to be willing to work with me and keep me motivated. I also need you to not make me feel pressured for being away. Sometimes life gets the best of me and I get stressed very easily, so as long as we are on terms where you understand my absence may feel long but I will never just abandon. I have also been away from writing for quite a while, so please be patient while I shake off the proverbial rust.*[/*]
Age differences. I prefer playing young characters and I also prefer that your character be at least a decade older than my own. (Size difference is also something I crave very much. [s]I like tall men, sorry.[/s]) [/*]

Did you read all of these? Thank you! You're so wonderful. What's your favorite color? Let me know in your message so that I can know if you have read and paid attention to the list above.
Plots
This will take place in the Elder Scrolls Universe, on the continent of Skyrim. In this version the civil war has been over for many years but Alduin did not return at this time. A new war is beginning and it sets into motion the awakening of the dragons. The land of Skyrim has known peace for almost a century now. After the civil war between the Nords and the Imperials ended, most learned to keep their distance from the proud race, their beliefs still strongly rejecting the other races that call Skyrim home. The Nords xenophobia did not lessen after their way of life was returned to normalcy, but for a time they internalized their hatred of Mer and beast alike, while they in turn kept to themselves and enjoyed a time of softened hostilities. But as years passed and generations died away, so did the ties that kept the unspoken truce in place. Those who remembered the harsh times during the civil war were no longer there to mitigate the resentment that still found its way into their society. After many years the Nords began to once again spit in the direction of “outsiders”, treating them as the scum beneath their feet and seeing them as little more than work animals. Their treatment of the bestial races was on a rapid decline, and this particular generation of Nords sought to create a world that was just for them, like their ancestors had wished for, and in hopes to drive the lesser races off of their land they began instilling a hatred in all Nords, young and old. As their following grew their behavior towards the other races began to escalate quickly, and soon mistreatment was met with violence, and those opposing the Nord forces began to fight back. Amongst those who were met with venom from the humans were the Orsimer. Resigned to live in their strongholds during the peaceful years, the Orcs began venturing back out into the world, only to find that they too were no longer welcome. Though most are seen as little more than savages in the Nords eyes, the Orsimer were amongst the first to speak out against the Nords and for it they were driven back to their strongholds and told they were to remain there. Unlike most races the Orsimer did not take kindly to their oppressors and for several long years small war parties sought to kill any passing Nord warriors that might venture or camp too close to the strongholds, The one responsible for these small raids was a Chieftain of such a hold, who while despised sitting behind his walls, was waiting and biding his time, secretly convening with his most trusted. A letter from the High King reached his hands after a few long years of incessant hostilities between the two. In the letter the High King urged the Chieftain to back down and end the killings carried out by his men. The Chief saw this as a challenge and an opportunity to execute the plan his tribe had made in secrecy. The attack on Windhelm lasted for days, the Orcs far outnumbered by the Nords. But the Orsimer being a resilient race prevailed against Nord forces and eventually found their way into the Palace of the Kings (the Nords saw it befitting to reclaim Windhelm as their capital) where they took the High King as prisoner, and while he did put up a fight he ultimately succumbed to the brutal forces of the Orsimer. It was as they sacked the palace that they discovered a young girl in hiding, who could only be the High King’s precious daughter, who was beloved by the Nords and secretly revered by the Dark Elves and Argonians, that while segregated completely from the Nords still called Windhelm a type of home. The High King’s daughter had been sympathetic towards the other races for as long as she could remember, and once at an independent age she began frequently sneaking from the palace to bring supplies and goods to those who were being refused service by the stubborn Nords, or to those who could not afford them. Knowing that the girl is a prized commodity the Orcs see her a tool to accomplish the things they desire. They see her as a way to threaten the neighboring Jarls into submission, and while they do not immediately know her standing on outsiders, she very well could be used a tool to bring the other races together under the Orsimer’s rule. Originally the story called for the daughter to be forcefully used in front of her father, to show him that they were not ones to make idle threats and that if he did not cooperate then more harm would befall his daughter. They take up station for a time in The Palace of the Kings, where they force the former High King to forage letters to all the Jarls, informing them of the situation (though it very likely that once he completes these task he will be killed.) They are met with both compliance and opposition and thus are forced to take up arms again when one Jarl threatens an impending attack. Reinforced with more tribes joining together from other strongholds, the Chieftain leaves an allied Chieftain in charge, takes his group of warriors and the young girl as they set out on the road in an effort to overthrow the opposing Holds. The turmoil that once again finds their lands sets into motion a much bigger threat, and when the earth begins to shift beneath their feet it is evident that something dark is awakening. In this version of our story it is only now that the dragons begin to rise and maybe, just maybe, the Dovahkiin is closer than anyone knows.

This story begins at a bleak time, still riddled by war, but the Jarls are doing what they can to help restore the land to what it once was. A wealthy Jarl seeks to cement an alliance between another rich house, and to do this he promises to marry his daughter to the Jarl himself. While their Holds are days apart, the Jarl appoints his most trusted Thane and his daughter’s shield-maiden to join her on the journey, as well as a small band of Orc mercenaries that are hired with little knowledge of who and what they are transporting across the wilds of their land. The Thane opposes this notion, seeing the Orcs as a liability as well as a threat, he knows they cannot be trusted but despite his efforts the Jarl insist on having more muscle to protect his daughter. Their journey is harsh and filled with tension, and frequently the Thane and the leader of the Orcs get into arguments that verge on violence. Though after a time things come to a head and the girls identity is put into question and once they discover who she is they decide she is worth far more than what they are being paid to escort her. (Side note, it's very important that the Chieftain of the small mercenary tribe be much older and the most sympathetic towards the daughter than the rest. His second in command should be a massive and brutal creature who while has immense strength is not as clever as the chieftain, leading them to clash often. I would also enjoy this having an eventual pregnancy. It's unknown if humans can breed with the bestial races, but I would very much like some little half-orc babies down the road.)

I would very much love a story based off of this, details are subject to change. I normally don't feel comfortable playing pre-established characters and I feel it constricts my creativity greatly. That being said, there are several universes I would love to play in. These include, but are not limited to: Skyrim (TES) Game of Thrones FireFly The Last of Us The Walking Dead BTVS Vikings
