(The Hospital Party) Dr. Kline lead his two loveliest to their table and pulled out the chair first for Gerta his wife then for Tabitha his guest before taking his seat with a huge smile. His wife Gerta grins as she looks towards Tabitha an says "Wen er sin Kahn Karen rude er Kramer" as she brushes her fingers across his shoulder ("If he were a Rooster he'd be crowing") Tabby giggles as she agrees with Gerta then she looks around the Black tie affair and notices the number of admirers she has gathered as well as a couple of ladies and a few ladies staring at her with envy. Not normally her cup of tea Tabby is only attending till she can make excuse to leave and catch a cab to head down to time square to see the festivities there. But she dose have to admit to enjoying it all a bit because in this modern society there are so few occasions to dress so nicely and enjoy the finer side of things. The Party begins as all charity events with speeches and then a sumptuous meal cooked by one of New York's renowned Caterers. After all that comes the Obligatory dancing and Tabby is nearly overwhelmed by the number of men who jostle for position to turn her around the dance floor. After attending the arms of several of Dr. Kline's superiors so she draws no ire towards her host for ignoring these powerful men she makes excuse to the ladies saloon. She quickly finds a nearly exhausted Gerta who herself has danced with many partners as well. Gerta thank goodness I see you've escaped, are all the men in New York "schwielig?" she asks as she collapses beside her friend "Tabby Messe-Mädchen, for you as lovely as you are I'm afraid all men everywhere are schwielig" laughs Gerta as she hugs her Tabby kisses Gerta's cheek saying I think for you as well they are schwielig "Perhaps but I'm just a pretty old lady and you Tabby are an exotic German Franklin with eyes that melt their resolve" giggles Gerta pinching Tabby Gerta Haben Sie mich denken, schlecht für die sagen, ich würde gerne auf dem Times Square zu entkommen und sehen die Partei? asks Tabitha blushing slightly (Do you think me bad for saying I'd love to escape and see the party in Times Square?) "No, no, not at all Tabby but I do confess I wish you were going with someone who knows the city. I worry you might get lost and then there are the schwielig out there?" Says Gerta with motherly concern I'm a big girl and have had training in counter terrorism and what to do back home in Germany. I won't allow myself to be tricked or trapped by anyone says Tabby pleading almost as if Gerta were an Aunt watching over her. Several women hear her say counter terrorism and wonder if Tabby served in the German forces as they misunderstand. Tabby like all private school girls in Europe especially Germany has been taught a type of self defense against kidnapping and hostage crisis situations and how to survive. (Times Square) Gerta sighs and gives her permission and even helps Tabitha slip out of the banquet. Tabby activates her phone in her purse without touching it an connects to the net and summons a cab which to the outside viewer would seem to be prearranged to pick her up. She gives the driver a man of India instructions to head to Times Square and is soon on her way. To her driver's surprise he seemed blessed by the green light his entire trip as she manipulates the lights along the way. She climbs out near the party as the streets are to choked to go any farther and heads towards the festivities .
