[b]Bio:[/b] Ulisses Jones is a young man of Brazilian-Carribean descent, though born in the Okinawa Prefecture. The question of his citizenship is rather complicated matter. Technically, he doesn't exist. He belongs to an invisible group of people known as stateless persons. A de jure stateless person is someone who is "not considered as a national by any state under the operation of its law". Therefor, he is an alien without a nationality or citizenship. Most simply refer to him as "the foreigner" or Burajiru-jin. He is known for his long dreadlocks, and somewhat tall physically imposing presence. Unironically, he has a reputation as the school's biggest badass due to his tough guy appearance and aloof personality, though he's never done anything noteworthy of achieving that title in-universe. He avoids fights whenever possible and goes out of his way to be respectful. There seems to be many exaggerated stories about him. Nearly few of which have any basis in truth. Though some are true admittedly, like the one about him stopping the truck barehanded. He also shares a studio apartment with a mysterious hikikomori(shut-in) roommate, and gets around on a Honda CB550F retro motorcycle. No one exactly knows what he does for a living.
