I'm the Gm... but I kinda agree with Kabling. There would still be clothing, at the very least, any clothing that you weren't wearing at the time.
So, yeah, we'd still have modern shirts, it'll just take a while before we can get colors that vivid again... 
and there's plenty of blue shirts in the world.
