Despite being a man and thus unable to empathise, I can SYMPATHISE. 
I know what it's like to be shoved to the side for a younger sibling. I have a 5, almost 6, year old brother and 95% of the time, it's his way that gets gotten. Just because I'm older I'm expected to treat my brother as a king.
