How power is done in the Land of Earth and Wind is not defined yet, since that village has no PL (Player Leader). However, I would like to point out that we will be requiring a lot from our PL Kages. In addition to your bio, please make sure you at least provide some rough notes on what you want to do with the Land of Earth and Wind, as well as start discussing defenses you will be setting up for your village.

If you do an adequate job on that, you may have the position. However, I am going to give a few days for other people to express interest in the position and I will grant it to the bio and village information I think best serves the Land of Earth and Wind.
