Time skip is only a vote thing. There wouldn't be any if there's no consensus for one.

Also guys, I think we should write our locations so that its easier for other characters to find interaction. An example of doing this would be adding "Himura's Location : X."

This way, I think we would have a general idea where people are and when they are in the same area they can be noticed.
