Okay. Two problems. The first is that you can shapeshift into fictional characters and then use their powers. There are some fictional characters out there with ridiculously powerful abilities, such as Cthulu, Superman, Goku, or Galactus. There should be a limit on how this works, or your character could get seriously overpowered.
The second is that you never detail where your character is now, and what he does. Just being a superhero is gone. Either you're a criminal, killing police officers and fighting for the rebel cause, trying to dethrone Kami, or you're on Kami's side.
