A small group of four men walked down the streets of Republic city rather calmly, despite everything that had been going on recently. All four of them wore traditional looking blue and white robes, with a flower-like collar around their neck. It was obvious to everyone that they were the white lotus, but their reasons for being out in public were unknown to everyone but themselves. Each of them all different in appearance, with different skin, hair and eye colors, All four of them had their eyes set on an intersection that would bring them to where they needed to be.

Sitting at a small coffee shop, Li sat at one of the outdoor tables in her common disguise and watched as the white lotus walked by her. She wondered what they could possibly want, and it didn't take long for her to realize what was going on. Quickly getting up, Li left the shop with some money on the table and disappeared from anyone's sight.If they were going to announce the new avatar, then she knew that she couldn't just burst in and take them all out. For all she knew, they were all masters of an element, and even if this new avatar wasn't familiar with three out of the four bending arts, the avatar is the strongest with his or her native element. She couldn't handle all of those people by herself, and she knew that well. She needed others to go with her to break up the gathering. 

"Um.. Sir?" A voice called to her, belonging to the waitress that had served him. Li simply held a hand up and waved her away, not wanting to get off task by spending time talking to people.

Masuto woke up with a quick start, ready to start the day. He was now officially sixteen, and he couldn't wait for the party that was planned for him. It wasn't going to be anything big at all, as it was only a couple friends coming over to celebrate, along with the airbender that he had met the previous day. He hoped that she would be able to make it to the party, but it not, he understood completely
