+Name: Adalbert +Age: 18 +Gender: Male +Appearance: short greenish brown hair with eyes of the same color. He stands about 1.78m (5.8 feet) and is of ectomorph complexion. He is wearing a gray and blue armor (integral including' chest plate, tassets graves and gauntlets) alongside gray leather pants and boots. His horse is brown with black mane +Class: cavalier +personality: Adalbert always tries to be the first one to jump into action, be it for being the center of attention or just because he is too impulsive to think before acting, he just can't stand staying idle much time. While some might describe him as hot headed, other describe him more as empty headed because of all the mistakes he makes by acting too fast, although he shrugges it off and replies that he had acted correctly way more times than incorrectly in his impulsivity, which is true. Although optimist, he is rather egocentric and narcissistic and with an unhealthy tendency to employ sarcasm and irony (but never with the intention of hurting others) showing that there is no one he values more than himself, except for his father (and his former teacher). He enjoys a good laugh more than anything, even at the expenses of others, and second to that is charging through the enemy lines to attack the risen "for great justice". +Bio: Adalbert is the son of the knight Stahl, who fought alongside chrom during the battle against Grima and together fell to the fallen dragon. He grew up in an orphanage for the sons of war victims and he was lucky enough to have a soldier named Arid be his godfather. Arid was a former ylisse soldier and while he couldn't adopt the kid because of his duty, he tried to spend as much time as possible with him, telling Adalbert wondrous stories about Stahl and how he was a great example for everyone at the camp, showing that it was the admiration for Stahl the reason Arid had so much affection for the kid. Adalbert began to think of his father as the ultimate hero (never hearing the part about him being just the epitome of average) and asked Arid to train him in the ways of fighting, who gladly accepted to act as his mentor. The lessons were harsh, and in the beginning he was constantly frustrated because he couldn't lift the training spear or the wooden sword, but to be fair he was only 8 at the time, but with practice came perfection, and not long passed until he was taught how to ride a horse and finally when Adalbert was 13 he was finally adopted as the squire of Arid. Since then, every time Adalbert preformed well in his training, the soldier would reward him with a story about Stahl, and even if most of the stories started to sound made up the youngster never cared, since he had already idolized his father to the point that he even bragged about it among his friends (and later he bragged it to strangers, causing a bar fight in one occasion because he annoyed a drunk men in a pub) and while this wasn't a very exemplar attitude for a knight, Arid never complained, so he ended up with his narcissistic attitude. After years of training with Arid, Adalbert was already 18 and a fully skilled cavalier and he was ready to leave on his own when one day, when he and Arid were having a short ride to bring the horses to a river they were ambushed by three risen. Arid defeated two of the monsters but one of them managed to shoot Arid with a bow before being struck by Adalbert. While Arid was strong, the arrow turned out to be poisoned, and nothing could be done past that point, Adalbert was trying hard to heal the wound, even if it was useless, when Arid told him an important reveal: Stahl wasn't dead. His body was never found and rumors of people seeing him are spreading through the land. Arid gave Adalbert a wooden stamp that supposedly belonged to Stahl and urged the boy to go in search of him. Adalbert kept the stamp as a treasure and after burying his mentor he grabbed his horse and has been travelling around the country as a vagabond in the search of his father, helping people in need and fighting the risen along the way. +Quirks: although nobody would deny that Adalbert isn't stupid, he proudly claims to be able to fit the whole fist in his mouth. +Strengths: Skilled rider and fighter who always tries to get the first to a combat. He is capable of fighting equally well with a sword or a spear (although he prefers to use the later) and has capable athletic skills of swimming, running and climbing. +Weaknesses: He struggles fighting magic users, the bane of his existence. the sole vision of a mage he cannot reach only means trouble. His lack of preparation gets him in trouble often and his attitude has caused him some problems with easily angered people +Likes: Stahl, justice, fighting risen, laughing with others, sarcasm and irony, being told compliments, rum, blondes +Dislikes: Risen, enemy mages, evildoers, loosing, boiled cabbage, bards who never shut up +Weapons: steel lance and iron sword +Death quote: (formerly: GM, please...)" I hope I've made you proud..."
