Yu can use the magic once every two hours, or 30 minutes after the clone fades, whichever is later. If Yu dies while transformed, Yu will never be able to transform into them again, but will live. Yu can't create appearances on their own volition. They must have seen them, say, wearing very little to transform into them without many clothes.[/i]
