Yes I can, Volenvradica. There are two main factions of Keybearers, grouped by the way they conduct themselves. One faction acts as righteous enforcers of the cluster, righting wrongs and defending the weak.

The faction you inquired about, the rogue faction as they are sometimes referred to, is generally interested in using their power for selfish reasons. They are Keybearers randomly scattered throughout the cluster following their own personal agenda, sometimes working together if there is mutual gain, but often operating alone. Less of a faction and more of a loose network. Their goals can range from sane to completely [i]in[/i]sane.

The main difference is one is focused on defending the citizens of the cluster while the other basically does whatever it wants.
