Giving her bat a twirl, she started to move away from the noise. Where there's noise, there'll be zombies, after all. And whoever started it clearly had a gun--so she believed he would be fine. "Idiot," she muttered to herself as she re-shouldered her backpack. She turned her gaze on the sun and took note that night would soon be upon her.
