Arlene didn't have a clue what to do about the crying man. She was afraid to approach him, but didn't feel at all right about just leaving. Reluctantly she knelt in front of him. She was very tense, her heart rate up, ready to run or put up a pathetic fight. "Alright..um.." She twiddled her thumbs, taking her phone out of her pocket. "I'm going to call an ambulance, alright, sir?" She took off her outermost jacket and draped it across his shoulders. "And it's probably illegal because I'm not a doctor but I can get you some muscle relaxant."
