Real Life is RTSRoleplaying is building a story with others that is interesting. Playing a Nation RP however as if its a RTS ruins the experience for everyone, and just makes the RP dull and boring. If you want to play a Nation RP that acts like a RTS go find one, this isn't one.
And if you keep writing in this with the clear intention of winning, then you're loosing. What you want to do in RP'ing like this is to run complimentary to what's going on. Either recognize your faults and utilize them to carry the narrative, or work with other people. If you keep claiming you're the best, pull shit out of your ass to cover for weakness, or be a bitch then you're not cut out for this and you're better off finding a NRP that uses stats and dice-rolls, for all their complexity and convoluted face. If you write here, Rogue, you write to benefit us all. This means you drop the RL is RTS philosophy and cooperate. Characters in the RP may have this idea, but when it gets challenged and they are loosing you must write them loosing. More so when it works in the greater narrative. So that requires that you drop the idea you need to pick up the areas or twist things to work for you in this rather laissze-faire system, because you're not going to make it work.
